    I purchased a rom and tire package for over $1000 He never sent them its been 11 month now and no answer! He dont answer text or calls any more. I paid him through pay pal. I had recently bought $5000 worth of tires and rims but the second order he didnt send at all. He kept pushing the date back and no more response. Never gave me tracking number or anything. This guy is trash.

    I ordered these 4 tires and rims from pioneer tires and wheels. I have tried to contact them and have not heard back. I paid **** for these. I am very displeased with the wear and tear of the tires. The rims appear to be very cheap and damage easy. Out of the 4 tires I have had to have 2 of the tires/rims fixed several times for cracking in the rims. I have attached photos of the multiple cracks in the rims. I am very upset that the tires have turned out this way because I loved the way they look and ride when I first got them. But they quickly deteriorated and now it looks like the company is closed and I cannot speak to anyone to help me with this issues. I am wondering if there is anyway you would be able to help me with this issue. Please!

    *** of Pioneer Tire and Wheel sold me damaged wheels (possibly used or display) and refuses to **rrect the issue. I have sent numerous emails, pictures, and even calls and text but he just ignores me for weeks. I received the wheels and tires on 7-15-22 and informed *** on 7-16-22 of the dis**vered damage once I opened and inspected them. I informed him that I am not pleased with the wheels because of the damage and I asked to exchange or to do a refund and re-order. I included pictures of the damage in my emails and text. The seller has refused to **mply after I have asked several times for a return shipping label and a refund. I paid $2,699.00 for BRAND NEW wheels, not damaged with wear and tear. He still refuses to send a return label or accept the wheels back and has tried to blame the damage on the shipping **mpany Roadrunner Transportation. I shared with him on several occasions that there is really no way the shipping **mpany **uld have damaged these wheels in this way and that they had to be sent from his business in this **ndition. The wheels and tires were securely wrapped when delivered and *** himself told me they were wrapped at his shop before shipping. He states "in this situation we file a insurance claim with the shipping ** and we issue a partial refund based on what they pay", I said that is unacceptable. After weeks of no response from *** I called Roadrunner to inquire about the "insurance claim" for my order and there has been no claim made. He emailed did ***** **ntact me? They did not ship to me. He's trying to scam me instead of simply **rrecting the issue. I have advised him I do not want or need damaged *************************** will not be using these wheels. To date, I still need tires on my car and have not been able to move forward because he is holding my money. The wheels are in the exact same **ndition as received & I have not used them at all. I want my money back and he can have his damaged wheels back. I will be fine buying elsewhere.
