    On Sunday February 4 we purchased a vehicle a 2018 ****** Pathfinder from Next Gear Auto sales. The true history of the car was not disclosed to us. The Carfax report details minor damage around the vehicle. I have a PDF copy of the Carfax and replaced parts does not qualify for minor damage, When I took my vehicle in on Saturday the 10th to get an oil change and a tire rotation, my mechanic at *************** in ********** told me that the car has been fully repainted, been in accidents and parts have been replaced and he indicated that the front bumper is aftermarket and does not fit properly and show me areas where there was primer overspray, not factory windshield, wheel plastic missing parts and not seating properly and along the running boards I could run my finger and grab gray paint. I took multiple videos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle and then returned it Saturday afternoon. I told them in person and in text and an email that the true history of the vehicle was not disclosed to us, and that I will be returning it, and that I would like my down payment back of $1500. I returned the vehicle that afternoon Saturday, February 10. The loan never reached finance and we verified that by calling the bank on Thursday, February 8. They accepted the vehicle on Saturday, February 10 but now they are trying to charge us with a non-itemized list of charges ranging from detailing, mileage, damage to the vehicle that was pre-existing before purchase and a vehicle return fee that we declined of $750 ($250+500) in our original contract ( the only item itemized) that I feel is null and void due to their dishonest business practice. I do not agreed to any of their charges. I did not ask the business for a refund of my oil change and tire rotation of $128.
