    On or about 11 Dec 23, I submitted an unrelated window tint proposal to my HOA, ********************************* here at the Nova at ********************* That same day, I stepped in to the Nova at The Resort clubhouse to express to ********************************* that my garage door was not functioning as designed and had called in the warranty contractor for my garage door opener, Garage Door Solutions on 4 Dec 23. In turn, on 12 Dec 23 Garage Door Solutions *************) confirmed that they would come to service my garage door opener on 13 Dec 23. ********************************* verbally shared, to wit: that the Nova at The Resort was not calling any towing company to tow vehicles during the holidays."On the morning of 12 Dec 23, I had made some groceries purchases and parked my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country *********************** blue, California plates 3NAV4US) directly in the driveway to my garage. While unloading my vehicle at approximately 10 am, I returned to see that my vehicle was no longer there. I immediately called the **************** Police. They, in turn informed me that my vehicle had been towed by Priority One *********************************************** for allegedly blocking a fire lane. There was no courtesy notification by owner / operator ***********************************- I made multiple attempts to call 800.660.4TOW but consistently received a busy dial tone - I drove and met, paid my $298 release fee - I requested to see his operator's permit. **************** did not produce one at the scene but promised to email me a copy. **************** never sent me a copy or contacted me with any updates - On 29 Dec 23 I made an attempt to meet with ****************, but his ******************************* does not exist as listed on his business card given to me on 12 Dec 23; That address is occupied by *********************** # @shoptigercherry - Further calls to 800.550.4TOW go unanswered - Vehicle was not unattended Requested Outcome: Full Refund of $298 paid in full to ********************************** ASAP.MSgt ********************************** (Retired)USAF
