    Subject: Urgent Vehicle Damage Claim and Discriminatory Targeting Concern Dear Foglesong Towing,I am writing to follow up on the damage to my vehicle (2017 VW Jetta) that occurred during a tow conducted by your company on April 8, 2025. After retrieving my car, I discovered scraped and scuffed exhaust tips as well as a loose exhaust pipedamage that was not present prior to the tow. Based on the position and type of the damage, it appears the car may have been improperly lifted, causing the exhaust to drag or be impacted during the tow.I estimate the cost of repairs to be approximately $500, and I have attached photos documenting the damage. I previously spoke with a manager named ****, who refused to provide his last name and denied responsibility. I am formally requesting that Foglesong Towing reimburse me for these damages.Additionally, I must raise serious concern over a second incident that occurred today, June 10, 2025, in which your company attempted to tow my car again. My vehicle was parked in the same area as several others, yet only mine was targeted. Given this pattern, I am deeply troubled and left to wonder whether I am being unfairly singled out, possibly due to my Asian ethnicity. If that is the case, this may constitute racial profiling, which is a serious civil rights violation.If I do not receive a written response and resolution within 7 business days, I will be forced to pursue this matter through small claims court, and I will also consider filing a discrimination complaint with the **************************************************** (****) or a relevant oversight body.I hope to resolve this matter quickly, respectfully, and without further escalation.Sincerely,******* ****
