      October 12, 2024 my car was towed from ******************** in ************** **********. When the towing happened the driver had done damage to my car. It also took them 3 hours to drop my car off at the tow yard that was 45 minutes away. Upon retrieving my car I noticed the damages and alerted the company. They told me they would be in contact with what they could do to compensate for the damages. I have left my name and phone number repeatedly since October 12, 2024 and I still have yet to receive a call back about any sort of help. Now my vehicle is having issues with the suspension, my brand new tire has been scraped up, I have dents and paint damages. The front driver side wheel liner had so much damage that it was ripped off while I was driving home, I had to pull over and retrieve the piece from traffic so no accident happened. I even had damages to my exhaust pipe from the driver allowing my car to slam and scrape against speed bumps/other road surfaces.

      On August 20, 2024 my 2015 ****** WRX All-Wheel Drive was initially seen at approx. 10AM and was towed from inside an unassigned garage space at about 2:40PM, i didnt receive any notification or calls. At approximately 5:40 Is when I noticed my vehicle missing, so I started on my way to the tow yard while contacting them so I can retrieve property from my vehicle but they said it was after hours so an appt. would be required and I wouldnt be able to remove personal property until later. I proceed to set up an appointment for me to pick up my vehicle after hours at 9:20PM. Upon arriving, there wasnt any daylight to visually inspect the vehicle. (This vehicle is only driven about 2-3miles per day often less or not at all) Fast forward to a week later I notice when I open the passenger side door that it hits the fender. I dont think much of it but it does show a sign of slight negligence in care for the vehicle. I then store the vehicle, another week and a half later I start to drive the vehicle more often and upon driving up a steep drive way 1 tire comes off the *********** car completely looses power to the wheels and is stuck in place, while my traction control light begins to flash, and I hear a whining come from the engine as if something with splines is spinning and not grabbing & interlocked, my first thought is that my vehicle was improperly towed and my AWD drivetrain is ruined, so I call the company on 9/13/24 and speak to ***** about the issue, and I also request if they can provide me the photos they took when the did the tow, she says they dont do that and denies that they could not be at fault for the damages and that she will notify whomever deals with those issues. It has been a week and I havent received any calls. Monday 9/23/24 I will call them again and see if they have any resolution or ways that can determine if they were at fault. Currently vehicle has remained parked several weeks & will remain as such until resolution

      Driver from Dynamic Towing tried to tow my car saying I was parked in the wrong spot. I was not, I called my apartment manager, and she verified I was parked in the right spot. He then refused to put my car down unless I paid him $230 CASH. I paid as I needed to go to work. I asked for a receipt, but he refused to give me one. I called the apartment manager on my way to work and she said I should not have paid as it was his mistake. She has been calling the Owner of Dynamic Tow to try to get them to refund me but they refuse. Dynamic Towing is contracted by my complex to tow unauthorized vehicles. Now he is lying about what I paid.

      The dispatcher from the towing company simply did not handle the communication with me with any respect or assist me with any contact information I was requesting. Instead she gave me ***** responses such as well your car made it to the pound, did it not? With the most attitude. I was charged a fee for storage when my car was not stored at all. I tried to reason with them since I drove behind my car to the pound. The worker at the pound explained that they couldnt do anything about it, however the entire time, he seemed nervous. Either way I paid the fees in order to obtain my vehicle, but still requested speaking with a higher up and dispute this charge since according to them I would have to have had my car a day there. I paid a total of $285, $230 for the tow and $55 for the storage. I would like at least those $55 refunded again since I followed the tow truck to a pound NOT on their address listed on the tow truck. The person at the pound had already received word about me requesting them to release my car as I was there minutes before they towed it to move my vehicle. Either way he said they brought my car to a different pound and were going to reach out to tell me. They did not. My car seemed to have been tampered with or at least appears they searched my vehicle. My cup holder was removed and Ive never removed that myself. The driver of the tow truck also remained on the premises lingering around me and the pound employee. This seemed strange to me as to why he also followed me out of the pound as I got on the freeway. Cant help but think my car was a target. When I called the dispatcher to reach a manager, she continued to tell me well a manager wont talk to you, and we never refund fees and simply give the worst customer service Ive ever received.

      6/12/23 I parked in front of garage went into house for keys to move other car over came back tow truck just picking car up and did not even strap down I asked him to put it down he said for 100 dollars I said ok my wife’s purse is in the trunk starting to walk to get it the trunk was open I asked why and he took off I tried calling campany to resolve this but they we’ll not talk too me and there was witnesses that seen the whole thing I really believe this company is scamming people because then they want 385 to get my car . This really needs to be taken care of because they must believe there above the law it’s not fair thank you for your time please help me take care of this . What should be done is what the law states if you ask for your car before it leaves your property you should get it and investigate how many people they have done this to for extra money.
