    I wanted to submit a complaint about an incident I had at the New Happy Day Spa in Ontario.
    Address: 4320 Mills Cir H, Ontario, CA 91764
    I am a Pilot for UPS and am accustomed to getting massages at different parlors around the world. But I was accosted sexually at this particular place. I am aware of different techniques of administering massages but this individual of asian decent who apparently didn’t speak English, definitely crossed all the lines of professionalism. He did not insert any fingers into me; but he did run his fingers uncomfortably close to my anus and through my butt crack. His hands and fingers were close to my groin while he had his fingers around my buttocks. He inappropriately rubbed my breasts and applied an uncomfortable amount of pressure on my temple and neck. Giving me the feeling he was trying to choke me out sexually. At the beginning, one would think this is a technique thing, but after the second attempt at getting closer to my groin I told him to stop and removed his hand. There are signs in the establishment that say they do not perform sexual acts; but I definitely could hear moaning through the wall. Not the normal kind for a massage parlor. I don’t think this person was a licensed massage therapist of any kind.
    I have filed a complaint with the police but their response is that its more of a malpractice than assault.
    I don’t want this to happen to another woman. I do not know what else to do or who to reach. I am not the type of person to blow things up unless something is severely wrong.
