    On 3/15/25 I ordered Opheliah Razberry Breeze Shoe, Euro Size 37, Order No. ******. I need to return the shoe because it is defective and causes me to fall when I walk. I am elderly and this defective shoe will cause me injury because it will cause me to fall. I called Algeria's posted phone number ************* four times on 3/26, 3/27, 3/28, and left messages. No one returned my call. Algeria shipped me defective shoes and provides no return label for me to return the defective shoes.

    To Whom It May concern,

    Our customer service team received an email from Mrs. ******** today stating she had left us a few voicemails the past couple of days but had yet to receive a response. ************ was concerned the shoes she ordered were defective and wanted a refund for her order.

    After double checking our customer service voicemails a representative did call the phone number provided on Mrs. ********* order. Our customer service representative apologized to Mrs. ******** as we did not find any record of her voice messages but wanted to assure her, we are here to assist her in making a return.

    Mrs. ******** advised us the shoes she received on order# ****** were a bit too high in the heel for her and she was worried she would get hurt. The product Mrs. ******** purchased is eligible for returns or exchanges therefore our returns department quickly generated the necessary Return Authorization number Mrs. ******** needed to make a return and sent it to her verified email address on file.

    I bought 2 alegria footwear- ****** ***** gloss shoes and ***** ****** sandal. I am dissatisfied with both products. I submitted a review of 1 star for both products on ******************************* but they have not posted my review. The business has only posted reviews with 5 stars which misled me to believe that these products are good as a result of which I ended up buying them even though they were last call items. The ****** ***** gloss shoes do not have a good arch support. The back of my feet are sliding off the shoes when I walk. The sides of the shoes hit into my sides of ankle area when I climb down the stairs and I have started to get significant pain in both my forefeet since these are not well designed shoes. Also the ***** ****** sandals have a velcro strap that was not accurately mentioned in the website description. I have bought alegria shoes with velcro straps in the past , the velcro straps are of poor quality and I had to pay the cobbler significant amount of money to get them replaced. After seeing the ***** ****** sandals have the velcro straps, I contacted customer service to allow me to return them. They declined my request saying that they are last call shoes. The business is deceiving it's customers by not posting all reviews on it's website. Because of all positive reviews, I ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes that are hurting my feet and I am stuck not being able to return them.

    The complaints related to the integrity of the reviews posted to ******************************* are non-factual.  Our website abides by the policies in ********** to protect honest consumer reviews, and this customers product reviews are in fact publicly visible. This customer had also made the decision to purchase items that are clearly marked as non-exchangeable and non-refundable prior to the purchasing process, and as a result is unhappy with the return policy being enforced when the items are not well suited for her.
    Our website uses the terminology hook and loop closure in place of the registered brand name ******. Which the ***** ****** sandal does provide these details in the product description and product features.  Our website also displays multiple forms of contact information if customers have any questions or inquiries to our products prior to purchase, with well-informed live customer service specialists available during our business hours Mon-Fri 8:30am- 4:30pm PST.

    Unfortunately,we were unable to provide a satisfactory outcome to *** ****** while upholding our store return policies.  We would recommend if *** ***** were still interested in our brand, that she explore our retailers store locator list to find a retailer with an in store/in person capacity to determine her best fit,or explore retailers with a more suitable return policy for her needs.

    I have purchased many Allegra shoes and sandals. The sandals I purchased were Allegra PG lite. The soles on all 3 have melted. The sandals from Allegra never had a problem but I purchased 3 last year to use this summer. I examined the sandals all are stamped with the Allegra logo of a butterfly. All have on the foot bed Alegra by PG lite. The soles are also stamped Allegra by PG lite. Each sandals cost $60. to $100 dollars.

    I have been wearing your Allegra shoes for one week. The insore and shoe are separating causing me toes to fall into the space. When to have them fixed. The store owner put two sized tape in. This did not hold. So the insoles ar still separating. After spending $175 in think I have spent this money on a pair of crappy shoes. The only way to fix this problem is with contact cement which will make it so that I will not be able to replace the insoles. I would like a full refund.

    No where does it state when purchasing the shoes that exchanges are not permitted. They use deceptive business practices with close out items. You only find out that exchanges are not permitted until after you want to submit a return. The customer inevitably purchases a close out item with, yes, an understanding that “restock fees MAY apply” but it never states in the return policy that exchanges aren’t permitted. The customer is left with an impression that you can exchange.

    The company kept 20% of the value of the item and took back a perfectly fine item to then resell for the full “closeout” price. They also do not answer phone calls.
