    I purchased an exhaust header from this company on July 16. When I received the part I pull it out of the box and noticed there was a manufacture defect on the mounting ****** that bolts to the vehicles head. When I contacted them with the issue they basically told me that the engineer said the part is fine and I needed to tweak it to make it fit. Thats not how stainless steel works. When I said this also they were not trying to send me a new part or refund my money. Now they will not even email me back with a number to talk to a person instead of doing this over email. This is extremely unprofessional.

    I paid them $281.71 on June 29th, I have been trying to contact them about starting a return because the long tube headers I bought were listed for my vehicle, engine and transmission, did not fit. I emailed 11 times. ***** talking to representatives. They will not answer. My screenshot for proof of order says June 30th, I bought them the 29th however it was a Sunday so the order actually placed the 30th. The website also states guaranteed fit money guarantee and dedicated to our customers none of which I have experienced.

    I placed an order (#**********) on 4/5/25 for air compressor! First I didnt even get an email or anything after placing the order! So I had to email them for confirmation information!! I told them that the product they sold me was defective, and I wanted my money back!!! I got no response, so emailed them again, no answer!!!! They dont provide us an actual phone number the only way I can contact them is through email!! They started out slowly responding they they asked me for pictures of the defective item and I sent them the pictures. And after sending them the pictures they havent responded back to me at ALL!!!! I have literally emailed them (to this day) 10 or more times with them not relating to me AT ALL!!! Ive let them know how frustrating this is for me because I paid the mechanic $400 to install this product just find out that it was defective!!!! I literally had to purchase another air compressor and pay AGAIN for it to be installed!!! By these people selling me this defective product it has literally caused me in the arrange of $1200!!!!!!!! Because I literally had to pay double!!!! I should be asking for not just the refund for the product but I should be asking for my mechanic first installment!!!!! But I tried being civil with these people but they chose to IGNORE me!!! And thats very UNPROFESSIONAL Ive NEVER had to deal with a company to this magnitude!!!!!
