To Whom It May Concern,This complaint details significant service failures by Mammotion regarding the repair and replacement of my Luba 2 AWD 5000 robotic ******** Luba 2 AWD 5000 was sent to Mammotion for repair on July 7th, under the company's promised timeline of ***** business days. We are now well beyond that timeframe. To date, I have received no substantive updates on its status, only vague and repeated information about them being "backed up" or "waiting for parts," with no estimated date for ************* mitigate the delay, the company sent a temporary replacement unit this week. This shipment created a further issue due to a significant logistical error: the shipping box was labeled as a "Luba AWD 5000," but the physical mower inside was a Luba AWD 1000. This discrepancy represents a serious breakdown in their shipping and inventory processes. This is not an equivalent model, and it is functionally incapable of mapping my property. Had I not discovered this mismatch, it could have led to further complications regarding the return and liability for their incorrect equipment.When I contacted customer support to report these issues, their response was inadequate. They completely ignored the core problems (the significant repair delay and the incorrect replacement) and instead requested that I provide them with shipping information for the package they sent, placing the burden of their logistical error back on ***** desired resolution is clear and fair: either the immediate repair and expedited return of my original Luba 2 AWD 5000 or a new, equivalent Luba 2 AWD 5000 as a permanent replacement.The company's failure to meet its own service timeline, its significant shipping error, and its dismissive customer service have necessitated this formal complaint.Initial Complaint

Complaint Against: Mammotion Product: Luba 2 10K robotic mower Summary of Complaint:I purchased a Luba 2 robotic mower from Mammotion in April and May 2024, after being assured by their sales team that it would work for my property. From the start, the mower has never functioned as advertised, and has spent more time in repairs than in actual use.Despite multiple repair attempts and warranty claims, the mower remains defective and unusable. Mammotion currently has the mower in their possession, and has admitted that it cannot be repaired due to parts shortages. They have refused to issue a full refund, instead offering only partial refunds or replacement units neither of which resolves the fact that I paid for a product that never worked properly.Key Facts:Amazon Order (April 2024) $3,139.62 (Luba 2 5K model, which Mammotion later said would not work)Direct Mammotion Order (May 2024) $1,200 upgrade to Luba 2 10K + $161.37 extended warranty Multiple repair tickets filed, including: ******, ******, ******, BSR250627-0309 At best, the mower functioned for two weeks total before repeated failures (mapping issues, charging failures, height adjustment failed errors).Mammotion has had the mower in their possession for over a month and confirmed it is not repaired due to lack of parts.Resolution Requested:I am requesting a full refund of $4,500 (combined purchases and warranty). We purchased a robot lawn mower in April 2025, and in under 4 months the mowers motor that runs the blades broke. I contacted the company for a replacement or refund and they said they would only repair the mower not replace or refund past ****************************************************************************************************************************** a refurbished model. I tried hard to work with the company and informed them of this via email however they are unwilling to work with me because it is not their policy. Friday June 20th I filed a complaint with Mammotion about fixing something on my robot lawn mower. I sent my lawn mower to them and the lawn mower was returned repaired. But I had to disconnect my robot from my phone so they could connect to the robot to do testing to make sure it was fixed. They sent the robot back to me safe but now the robot will not connect to my phone because it is still connected to their phone because they did not disconnect my robot from their phone. I have spent 2 weeks now trying to get them to disconnect my robot from their phone and they say the submitted it and there is nothing they can do.Initial Complaint

I purchased this lawn lower late 2026 and less than a year later the *** station is broken. It will not initialize, and I cannot connect to it in the app. Because it will not connect properly, I cannot mow my grass. Now I have to contact another company to come out here because Mammotion won't even reply to me and my HOA will send out a fine every single day a blade of grass is longer than it should be. The ** chatbot they have is complete garbage and offered zero assistance. If I had known these people were going to waste my time, I would've bought a riding mower instead. This is ridiculous. This company is costing me time and money which is contrary to the entire reason I spent $3000 on an automated lawn mower.Initial Complaint

9/9/24 purchased product. Came damaged in box. Did not even want to open the product. Returned 9/9/24. Has to pay shipping $322.70 that company would honor once package received. Return 9/13/24 via ***, said would refund product. On ******, registered that refund had occurred, will receive money by 10/11 or 3-5 business days after. Had to file dispute with ********. It is now 11/20/24, I have no product. The company has their original product unopened. I have over $3000 in losses, and wasted time.Business Response

The **** lawnmower robot does not work, sent it back 4 times and still does not work. spend more time remapping and trying to get customer service to help/fix it, then this thing has spent actually cutting grass.Business Response

The customer has received the repaired machine on October 14th and before sending it back to the customer, the engineers will carry out professional function tests and inspections on the machine several times. Therefore, we think that the machine is being used normally by the customer.

September 12, 2024 We requested a repair for the customer and notified the customer to send the machine using **********************'s prepaid label.

I am rejecting this response because: I received a broken robot it does not work. It will not move. Its the 4th time I have sent it off for repair and it still does not work.
I have spent more time mapping the yard and dealing with customer service trying to get it fixed, then it has actually cut my yard. It still does not work

I purchased a Luba 2 AWD 5000H on May 7, 2024, along with a "Garage for LUBA AWD Series" under Order M5077US. I received the Luba 2 mower but did not receive the Garage. Although I was given a **** tracking number **** tracking number: 1Z31AE880329807800), the item was never delivered according to the tracking details. I submitted a support ticket [Ticket #******] regarding the missing item, but the response only indicated that the shipping department would be notified. After three months, the item, valued at USD $157.94, has still not arrived.Additionally, the base charging station included with my mower had a faulty sensor, preventing the mower from docking properly. I opened another support ticket [Ticket #******] for this issue, but received minimal response. On August 8, 2024, after providing detailed information about the problem, support requested a video, which I submitted the same day. Despite this, the problem persisted throughout the summer. I purchased a Luba 5000 mower in 2023 and since then, my RTK unit has gone bad. I have chatted with customer service several times with absolutely no resolution offered. I keep getting promises of returning my calls and emails, but to no avail. All I am asking is a new RTK unit be sent to me. I cant even locate one on their website to purchase.
