I made an order for a brand new ****** Pro but the order I received was open-box with multiple issues in battery, display panel, and missing part of the front wheel connector. The major issues are: Missing part in front quick release, , damaged battery (~20% power drop from 100% within 1-2 minutes) with deep scratches, and scratched display panel without protection film, etc.I contacted customer services and requested either 1) to send me a new E-bike to replace the used bike in the open-box, or 2) ship me a new battery, the missing spring of the front release part, and a new display panel. However, they do not take any options but only wanted to "offer $60" discount towards the $1400 e-bike. I cannot take their unreasonable "offer" and VERY Disappointed on the purchase and the customer services with **********************.

I purchased a Magicycle e-bike in 2024 through an authorized dealer (Greenpath Electric Bikes in ********, **). Less than a year later, both the display and battery failed. I reached out to Magicycles customer service, and for months they have given me an endless runaround: repeated requests for photos and videos, contradictory instructions, and no real progress toward replacing the clearly defective battery.I have done everything they asked paid for shipping, replaced the display, had the battery tested by a professional bike shop, provided videos and photos of the full charge indicators and voltage readings. Still, Magicycle refuses to send a replacement battery, even though it is under warranty. They insist on more redundant testing and dismiss the professional diagnosis I already paid for. This has been the worst warranty experience I have ever had. My bike is still unusable, and Magicycles customer service has been completely unhelpful in resolving what should be a straightforward warranty claim. I want to warn other consumers to be cautious Magicycle may offer decent specs and performance, but if anything goes wrong, youre left in the cold.

The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing. When I reached out about not receiving my package, they were unable to verify its status and did nothing to resolve the issue. Their website's order tracking provides no updates, and all they could tell me was that the package was delivered, which I never received. They refused to refund or send a replacement. They punish their patient customers and leave them with no parts for repairsgreat company, right? It's ridiculous that I have to pay for something I never received. If you can, avoid this company. If you don't receive your package, they won't do anything about it.
