      About a year ago I bought an HQST -190D Solar Panel from HQST, located at: ****************************************************************************************************************************************************. A few weeks ago the panel stopped providing power to all devices I hooked the panel up to. I believe it may be caused by a burned out diode, as the panel only provides about 3 volts, and I can not find other problems or possible defects. A label with the following numbers was attached to the back of the panel, along with other specifications of the panel; ****************

I have emailed, left a review mulipy times says Item never was received. I have a security system showing on date of delivery 4'x4' package were delivery to address. they do not respond to any form of contact

      9/5/2023 We ordered four 100 watt solar panels from hqsolarpower.com at a cost of $276.99 Order number: 1700013745.9/12/2023 *** delivered the panels, which we immediately inspected. The shipping box had no tape, no staples to keep it closed. The box was damaged, and so were some of the panels.We immediately contacted HQST by email (because they list no phone) and sent photos of the damage.9/13/2023 HQST responded by email and offered us $13 to keep damaged electronics that we paid $276.99 for.9/14/2023 We REFUSED to keep their damaged electronics for Safety Reasons and requested replacements, as per their own company policy.9/14/2023 HQST responded and requested name, address, phone and availability for pickup - which we immediately furnished.We never heard from them again. As of today, 9/21/2023, they are refusing to acknowledge our emails. They never arranged pick up or replacement of the damaged panels.We now want a full refund

      I purchased a lithium iron phosphate battery from HQST on February of 2023.

      Upon receiving the battery I attempted to charge it using my solar charger. The battery would not power the charge controller. I then attempted to charge it using a lithium battery charger.
      After showing a full charge I hooked the battery to an inverter, the battery would not power the inverter and the voltage dropped to zero.
      The order number is 11891.

      After numerous emails and jumping through many hoops, I think there is no settlement by this company.

      I asked for a phone number and was informed phone connection was not available at this time.

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
       
      At the beginning, the customer has given the feedback that the battery could not power the load. Our technicians need more information. However, the customer didn't provide so we are unable to determine the problem. We have also emailed to him on April 20th and confirmed whether he could accept the refund or the replacement. However, we didn't get his reply.
       
      We will arrange the replacement or the refund for him if he would like to withdraw the complaint.
