    We purchased a Contixo Kids Tablet (K102 10" Kids Tablet 32GB - Pink) from ****** on 8/21/2024 for $84.78. For several months, we've experienced issues with charging the tablet. The tablet would not charge properly, only sometimes charging when positioned at a certain angle. We've tried utilizing different chargers and outlets in order to charge the tablet to no avail. Now it simply will not charge at all. I've reached out to Contixo as the item has a 1-************ Warranty, explaining the issues we've been having and the what we have tried to resolve the issue (case # ******). The only communication back that I have received from them in an effort to resolve the issue was for me to try to do the same things I'd already said I had done in order to try to fix the issue (different charging cable, different outlet, etc). Since then, Contixo has ghosted me and stopped replying to my messages. I've attempted to call but that only results in a message to email them (which they ignore). I would like a refund or replacement for the tablet as it is under warranty.

    I purchased a tablet. It came with a purple rubber bumper protector. Dropped once on carpet and one side of the tablet seperated. I've been trying to get ahold of Contixo on and off for a couple of months. I know of the wildfires in ********** so that's why it's been on and off with my attempts. As the first few failed. I started trying yet again, everything from calling to a number that just beeps, chat, ******** messenger that tells me I'll be contacted. I'm done with the games. I either want a replacement or my money back. It's to the point to where I will get my family attorney involved if this company if legitimate will not come to some kind of common ground with the issue.

    Bought 10" Contixo Kids Tablet and the whole middle row A, S, D, F, G, H, J, K, L, and the semicolon (;). Does not work, not by hands on or stylus that came with it. We have tried and tried, but nothing. When I try to chat with Contixio, I get something about AI credits. It was a birthday gift from his grandmother.

    Contixo sold me a bad tablet and I'm trying to recoup my $107. Tablet had to be rebooted almost right away when getting it after there were errors in processing with the tablet.

    I am ********* the Senior Manager here at Contixo. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused after reviewing the text correspondence from you and the customer service team that they did try to assist you with the return of the tablet. It is standard practice to receive all information in regards to a refund prior to accepting a return. After reviewing all the evidence and information we have provided a return shipping label once the item is received at our facility we will issue a full return. Company policy does state on our website there will be a restocking fee of the product which can be found in the returns portion of our website. Once again I would like to apologize for any trouble this may have caused and we will take the necessary steps to ensure you are taken care of.

    On 11/18/23 I purchased a Contixo K2-V8 7 inch 32GB Flash Storage Android 11 tablet for ***** + taxes via Fingerhut. Merchandise number NQE84. It stopped working recently & Fingerhut confirmed I have a 12 mo warranty and I need to contact the manufacturer directly. That would be Contixo. Upon calling several times with no answer from their "customer service" number **************, their voicemail stated I needed to email instead. I emailed 6/4/24, 6/5/24 and 6/6/24 asking for direction on how to fulfill my warranty replacement & stated it had ceased to work. They replied 6/6/24 with absurd troubleshooting feedback, after having been told the item has stopped working. I replied as such, again, and I have yet to hear back. I want the item replaced immediately.

    I purchased a Contixo tablet from ******* for a Christmas present, worked for a while, then dropped all signals to pick up wifi, I reset the tablet, etc. And it still didn't work. Tried to call the customer service number and was prompted they weren't available and to email support, so I did, but I still didn't hear anything. Thankfully, I contacted *******, who is giving me a refund for the tablet but not the insurance I bought to go with it, which was an extra 30 dollars.

    On December 5th I ordered the Contixo 8" Android Kids Tablet 64GB (2023 Model). The company sent an email stating they shipped my order and it had an arrival date of December 13th. On December 13th I went on line to see if the package was out for delivery, but the shipping label was printed on the 13th and had not been shipped. I sent the company several emails asking for a refund, and got nothing. I told Contixo I would contact the BBB, and finally received a generic response. Once again I had to tell them I would leave a bad review and inform the BBB. On Dec. 26th, after several emails I finally agreed to have them send me a replacement. I hadnt received a response, so I followed up on Dec. 28th. It is now January 4th and I still havent heard back from Contixo, nor have I received the item I purchased.

    I purchased a Contixo K102 10in kids tablet from ******* with a 1 yr manufacturer warranty. At the end of Oct 2023i had an issue with the screen so I contacted the company on Nov 6 and that's when the email started with trying to tell me how to fix it. I let the know it did work and it needed to be fixed or replaced. I eventually received an email and a RMA#***** on how ro return the tablet for a replacement or repair. As of today 1/3/2024, I haven't received a replacement or a repaired tablet. I sent the tablets back on 11/20. I received an email that they had the return on 12/13 and only the run around since then. I've emailed several time for an update but only get an automated response. I would like a replaced or repaired tablet. I spent too much money to end up with nothing.

    I purchased a drone and it was suppose to be delivered 11/24. It was delayed which is understandable, I waited until the new delivery date which was 11/28. It was unable to be delivered due damaged handling per shipper instructions and stated to contact the company. I emailed them on 11/28 and still have not received a response 12/7. I have called multiple time since 12/4 and have every day, multiple times. Every time there is nobody available, busy tones, disconnects or continues to play music for 5-10mins and then disconnects. This seems like theyre normal business practices and I wish I would have read reviews on this company before placing. Customer support is a crucial part of a successful company and theirs is lacking in this department

    I got a tablet set off ******** The headphones came not working. So I asked to get a replacement headset and was given a run around. Take pictures is it charged as if they were not even reading the emails. So I initiated a refund through ******* and sent the item back for them to email the day after and say they were sending a new one when I want a refund. **************** *****. I would never purchase from this company again.
