    My husband ordered a bouquet of *************************** celebration of our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, the flowers that arrived were in extremely poor condition, and I am very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the $250 price tag.Upon arrival, nearly every rose was either wilted, had dead or moldy petals, or was falling apart entirely. One rose had completely disintegrated, leaving petals scattered on the floor. Another rose appeared to have been clipped off and only the stem was sent. Additionally, the bouquet arrived without any flower food to preserve the freshness of the roses.We have contacted the company via email numerous times to be told Well be in touch with an update or resolution shortly. Thank you for your patience. And now being ghosted by the company with zero resolution a month and a half later!!!!

    ******** customer service and bad experience. Ordered long stem roses for a specific delivery date. They delivered a month early. Alerted the to this via their customer service link as they had a notice on their site that due to customer demand, they couldn't take phone calls. They ignored two attempts to contact them via their onsite help. Emailed them several times. Finally got a sentence back claiming they were customer service . . . but they provided no name. Kept emailing and got one more email back stating that somebody would talk to their manager. Then they went silent and stopped responding. Currently working with bank to cancel the order. Small Claims court is next. You can't let shady companies like this get away with suckering people . . . and this is likely the reason they are NOT BBB accredited. Do not purchase flowers from this company. I have no idea how they do with stuffed bears.

    Buying Teddy ***** from them was very awesome. Boo Bear have unique gifts for your loved ones oj reasonable prices.

    I ordered a 12ft bear, along with gift wrapping including a bow. I received a big teddy bear, but it was not wrapped at all. Furthermore, the bear is only 9 feet tall, not 12 feet. There's a *substantial* difference in price between 9 feet and 12 feet! I took photos of the bear I received with a measuring tape showing the length and sent them the photos via e-mail, along with the plastic bags the teddy bear was packed in instead of a "polyester fabric wrapping" and a bow as they indicate on their web site. They denied any wrongdoing despite the evidence I presented. Considering how much money I spent on the bear + gift wrapping & a bow, this company should not get away with their actions.
