***** offered me discounts on product. I immediately went to use said discount and they did not honor such and swapped price right before checkout. Fortunately this was caught before final checkout. **************** blamed it on tariffs even though I tried to redeem minutes after I received email from company.

Purchase A6 ebike, used to take my kids to school in ***. After 7 months still under warrenty, it suddenly died in middle of busy nyc street with my 5 year old disabled son, almost caused an accident. Contacted the company via email with video, they said was control panel, waited 2 weeks for a cheap display from ***** during the tariff war! Had to take multiple **** rides to take my kids to school during the time. Tried the display still doesnt work, called the company spoke to an incompetent customer rep ****** for a hour , insisting that I need to send the current battery back to get new batter from *****, which will take another 2 weeks. Still waiting for the shipping label, with all these drama, I am out over $200 dollars in **** and the company charged me $30 for a useless display. Need the company to at least try to resolve the issue!

On 11/24/2024 I purchased the Aipas F3 Adventurer e-bike. At the time it was listed as $1,799, on sale for $899 as a part of their black Friday sale. Since then the item(s) have been through a Christmas sale, New Years sale, and now the winter flash sale. Their items have been on the same discount the entire time. As well as that deceptive pricing, they claim a free gift of $686 in accessories, including a battery. The purchase only came with one battery, instead of the two they imply you will be getting. They have had the sale price and free gift since November as far as I know.

The bike ordered from Aipas Bike LLC was asked to cancel and refund the order many times before requesting dispute from credit card company. After the dispute the finally answered and said the will refund and have processed the money, but the money didn't go through because of the fraud dispute I put in. Aipas asked for the dispute to be removed which I did, but now the are finding reasons to not refund and haven't respond to my emails in weeks even though they said all email will be responded within 24hrs. I make the excuse that the money on the account is frozen even after I called my bank they said they already sent the money to the vendor, so there is nothing they can do. It seems Aipas is holding my refund and not sending it back and it has been over 2 months since the dispute has be withdrawn.

Aipas is using Bait and Switch to sell their Ebikes. They claim four free gifts , " if you order now". Two of the "gifts" are a standard 380 wh Battery and Adjustable Front fords. Neither "gift" was included in my order , and most other orders. Aipas claims they only list the items as "gifts" so that the purchaser won't buy additional Battery and Adjustable forks. This is clearly an attempt to confuse buyers, and make a sale. Aipas has been unwilling to provide satisfaction to myself and many other buyers that have been duped.

Purchased the Aipas A4 bike. It took several weeks to arrive. The battery was dead and will not charge. I have contacted the company by email and phone and have been told each time that I should have the good battery by 9/11/2024. This issue has been ongoing since 8/21/2024.

The companies advertisements and website are confusing and misleading to the customer to the point the customer doesn't understand:1. what is included with purchase during/prior to checkout 2. what is actually a promo and standard equipment 3. what exclusions are for using coupons or sale code advertisements. Promo/standard equipment _How the add reads_PROMO -FREE Battery -FREE Mudguards -FREE Rear rack -FREE Front Forks -FREE Basket _However, after the purchase I was told it works more like this_STD EQUIPMENT -Battery -Mudguards -Rear rack -Front Forks ACTUAL PROMO -FREE Basket(Excluded when coupons are used)This is where the customer is mislead to believe that it comes with an extra battery, mudguards, rear rack, front forks, and the basket as promo items, when in fact the only actual promo items excluded from the coupons is the basket. With that being the case, I ask. 1.How is the customer suppose to understand this prior/during to checkout? Most assume a battery comes with it, so the free promo must be an extra battery is what most think and must be intentionally designed to misleading the customer. Whether intentional or not. The customer, prior/during checking out, has no way of knowing what is actually coming with the bike based on these factors. Here is the supporting documentation. I would like to see Aipas change their website and include exclusions on the coupons they send out when there are exclusions. Just please change the website so future customers aren't mislead like I was. I would have had to expect Aipas to send the bike with no battery, front forks, rear rack, mudguards and basket for using the coupon, and no way I would make that assumption. There is not a single indication during check out, on the coupon, or on the website that states any exclusion policy.

I ordered an e--bike on 7/2/2024. I did not receive an order # nor an invoice. I contacted them by email asking if they received my order. They said they had and would notify me when it shipped. which was advertised as 3-5 days. About a week later I inquired as to when the bike would arrive. They told me as it was a preorder it would hopefully ship in August depending when their stock of bikes arrived.. On 7/18/2024 I cancelled my order based on their preorder refund policy which allows cancellations due to shipment delay with a full refund issued within 1-2 business days. They have not refunded my credit card and are now refusing; claiming my notification of my **** card company ************************** has frozen their ability to refund my credit card. **** has assured me they are investigating the dispute but have done nothing to limit the ability of Aipas to grant the refund. I have documentation of the Aipas cancellation and refund policy and the email promise they made to refund my purchase in full. They are unresponsive to phone contacts and can only be reached by email. I have now come across numerous other customers who are experiencing the same problems and issues obtaining refunds. I have provided then with contact information for **** to resolve matters but they have not done so. Aipas insists that the only way they will refund my purchase price is that I must cancel the dispute that **** is investigating. Elan has advised me it is unwise to cancel the dispute before I receive my refund. I can only suspect that the bank Aipas uses for financing has refused to facilitate refunds due to the number of customers seeking refunds due to cancellations of bike orders due to long shipping delays and the impossibility of being able to speak directly to anyone at this company and being unable to get any customer service from relative to problems with their bikes. Aipas insists they are ready to make the refund but **** is an impediment to their efforts.
