      I have a model ****** drafting chair, which I have contacted Office Star’s customer service about on multiple occasions.

      It didn’t ship with arms, but I would like to add arms to it, and for some reason they are nowhere to be found online. I have never received an email response from office star and their phone support has not been helpful.

      I have a model ****** drafting chair, which I have contacted Office Star’s customer service about on multiple occasions.       I have an Office Star ergonomic kneeling chair, with #s ** ******** ***** ****** On Nov 4, 2021, I emailed Office Star to request a replacement for a missing caster. **** in the Parts Office Department said that chair was discontinued, but he promised to send me a replacement caster for a similar chair that they have. However, he ignored my follow-up emails and never sent me the caster. On Aug. 24, 2022, I decided to try again. I called him and, at his request, I re-sent my previous mails from Nov 2021. He did not respond. Reviewing this company's complaint record with BBB and my own experience, I believe the only way to get a part is to file a BBB complaint.

      Replacement; That is what Office Star promised to send me nine months ago!; If the caster doesn't fit my chair, I request a replacement knee chair for my inconvenience with multiple follow-ups.
