    I purchased a custom mirror on January 4, 2023, for $666.90. After no communication or receipt of our product, I contacted the company via phone and email on September 1, ***************************************************************** the email the ticket my husband had opened (Ticket # *******), and received communication back that the product had shipped but had gotten lost (after a 3 week response delay). I was provided with the option of either a full refund, or remake and replacement. I chose to have them remake it (email communication sent September 29, 2023). I was informed that this would be a ***** week process. The mirror was not delivered until January 8, 2024 (which is more than 12 weeks from September 29th), and arrived encased in plywood. I did not open the box (as I had no ability to) and set it aside for my contractor to open and hang. There was no damage to the exterior of the box whatsoever (as seen in pictures). When it was opened on February 5, 2024, it was completely shattered. I reached out to the company at this time (February 5, 2024) and requested a full refund, explaining that the product was extensively damaged on receipt and I did not want to proceed with obtaining another mirror. I was informed that their policy indicates that any physical damage must be reported within 7 days of arrival, and that I was able to receive a $400 credit. I have no use for a credit as I will not be purchasing any more products from this company. I informed them of this, and requested a full refund as it took over a year for me to receive my purchased product, and when it was delivered, was irreparably damaged.

We called to get a solution, they rarely answer the phone and when they do, they always say email us or I cannot hear you over the phone.
