    420 ** **** chipper 5", tends to jams with hard wood, my case oak and mulberry, at over 3". hardware fasteners is low grade. the bolts heads will twist off if too much torque is used to tighten or in my case loosen. my experience is with the chipper drum shaft/ pulley bolt that broke off when loosening to remove pully and manually turn shaft to clear jam. the bolt stud then refused to back out when an easy out was used. I have 30 yrs millwright experience and I know "on the cheap" when I see it. disappointed with the cheap low grade fastener hardware. I had to spot weld the shaft to pulley to ensure operation.. *******

    I had one of the founders tell me I have some nerve for asking for some compensation for an order that showed up five hours late. Basically he told me my time is worthless! I proceeded to tell him he was a shi**y diplomat. And he left me with you are a shi**y person along with my name. I told him I will be leaving some bad reviews! Here it is! I will never deal with this company again and suggest others do not either if this is the way they will be treated when an issue arises!

    When I placed an order for a wood chipper the transaction was declined by my credit card company. The dealer continued to run the card, without letting me know, until it was finally accepted. When I learned of this I immediately cancelled the order. The dealer told me he already arranged shipping and if I cancelled he would keep 15% of the sales amount to cover shipping cost. I asked for a tracking number and that's the last I heard from them. The item was never shipped but they still kept 15%. I will NEVER trust them again!!
