      We bought in homary.com a freestanding whirlpool 71" long in homary.com The problem is they said 7 to 11 weeks so after 2 months more or less or 9 weeks I call again to know when I will receive my whirlpool they said that the item is waiting for the container to be load and will take another 6 to 8 weeks and I dont think this is fair, I can not finish the bathroom and nobody tell you this after 2 months. The problems now is that I made all the instalation for this freestanding whirlpool I don't know if is possible to make them give me my whirlpool earlier Thank you

I am sorry that due to our manufacturer is busier in this peak season, which caused the delay, sincerely apologize for this delay, but we are working hard to rush the shipment for our customers.       I ordered a high end coffee table. The delivery company emailed me and we agreed they will text me 30 min before arrival. They did not. They did however texted once they arrived with a photo of them at my gate. They did not deliver and left. Now they do not want to come back claiming the road is too narrow for their truck. How can thus be if they were here already? I have been emailing with them back and forth many times, and it's like talking to a wall. Told them to ship via FedEx and UPS if they can not deliver since they come here daily. They do not want to. I am asking for the table to be delivered ASAP, as well as full refund of the amount for the stress they are causing me and my family. We threw away the old one a month ago, and are awaiting the new one. Thanks,

      Terribly sorry for all the inconvenience. Since the product is relatively big and thus we chose a truck company instead of Fedex or ups to deliver the product for you. However, informed by the truck company, they could not deliver the item to you because the entry is too narrow. The item was returned and we are not able to deliver the item to you now. In this case, may we cancel the order for you and we will arrange a direct full refund to you?

       I am rejecting this response because:

      "Since the product is relatively big  and thus we chose a truck company instead of Fedex or ups to deliver the product for you." - That is a misrepresentation.  The product is a small coffee table that can fit in the back of a pickup truck.  Can fit in a UPS or FedEx ground shipment (I have had them bring larger ones to my home), can be delivered with Roadie.com etc.


      "However, informed by the truck company, they could not deliver the item to you because the entry is too narrow." - This is a misrepresentation as well.  The delivery comapy was here.  The delivery person showed up while we were in the back yard, and even took a photo of the front gate and texted me he was here.  The delivery company did not follow instructions.  I have email communication that they would text me 30 min before arriving (so I could make sure that I am present).  They did not text 30 min before, just texted an image they came and went (pretty strange thing to do, and then claim that they can not come here.  They were here before.  Regardless, if they do not want to come again for whatever reason, send the product with another shipper.

      " - As I stated multiple times in my emails to this company, I am not willing to accept a refund.  I demant to have the product delivered.  I also want to be compensated $500 in addition to the delivery since I am without a coffee table for over a month due to their/your incompetence.

      After confirming with the carrier, the dimensions of your item would be as shown in the attachment. According to the carrier, they are not able to get through. If the road is too narrow, may we deliver the item to a possible location and you may carry the item inside your house with your family or friends?

      Hello, on 07/06/21 and 07/09/21, three days apart, I placed two order with Homary.com. Order #s: USA*********616 and USA*********243 for a round modern coffee table, mushroom ottoman, and trash can. On the second purchase I noticed on the confirmation email that the shipping time was different, and a far longer waiting period than what the page said when I purchased the items. I then checked my first order and that was the case as well. I immediately contacted Homary customer service by email requesting an update on these shipping times. It took them days to reply, there response was not helpful and they did not address the fact that their shipping times changed drastically. I then googled the company and saw all the horrible reviews and tons of people who never received their items. I wrote them back the same day as their reply stating I would like a cancellation and refund for both orders. They have never responded and I have followed up with them every day since. Still no response!

      I purchased a tv stand from Homary.com on 4/30/21 and it did not come with any hardware. Additionally, the tv stand does not look like the picture but because of their ridiculous shipping policy I had to keep the stand. After numerous back and forth emails and weeks of waiting, they sent me hardware, however it was the wrong hardware. Their supplier said it was the correct hardware but that was false. I made a video showing how the hardware will not work and have yet to hear back. It’s been several weeks and I would like the hardware so I can put the tv stand together. Or, they can prove me with a refund for the stand.

      I placed a order and this company has been fully paid they have given me a false BOL number and stated that they are waiting for carrier to pick up I contacted carrier and they have no knowledge of pickup they have taken my money with I believe no item to ship to me

      I purchased a piece of furniture in April it said 5 to 8 weeks for delivery. As the date for closer i afford for an update since i still didn't have a tracking number. Initially i recieved no response via email or chat. Finally someone told me June 15. I was upset but still waited. As June 15th approached i emailed again since i did not get a tracking number. I was told July 5th. Today June 23 i get an email that says my item was damaged upon inspection and now my item won't come until mid September. That would be 5 months after purchase. I told them i want s full refund. It seems like they are scamming people out of their money because i haven't read a person that had gotten their items. I also made a scam complaint. I think everyone should make a scam complaint to get them completely shut down. These complaints aren't enough apparently.

      On March 17th, I placed an online order with Homary. It was an aviator’s desk for 1,299.99. Shipping was to be expected in 5 to 8 weeks. I never received the item and emailed Homary for an update. A representative said I would have the desk at the end of May. Still nothing. Then I contacted them again and a representative said I would receive the desk at the beginning of June. Still nothing. I requested a refund. Homary said they would issue a refund. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a refund on my card.

      Ordered a Table and chair set from the back in March, just now started receiving the multilple boxes from my order and am missing the box that allow me to put the chairs and tables together. After multiple calls and text sessions with there customer service team I still cant get anyone to send me what I am missing. Now I am being told I will not get my missing items until July or August. Was told on Friday 6/18/21 that they would overnight my missing item, just got off a chat session again and was told this was not possible. Really tired of being lied to and given the run around with this company.

      I ordered an item called several times received numerous statements from them o your item is on the way, o it’s at the warehouse in Atlanta, no it’s in Japan , I was given a FED X number *********675 that does not exist. I want my monies back these people are scammers. My order number USD21****02EZXK they owe me $183.99
