     I am rejecting this response because:


    The business’s claim that they tried “many times” to call me is blatantly untrue. If they claim to have records of these supposed calls, I’d like to see those records, since the last time they responded to any of my calls or texts was in July when the owner came out to my house to see the botched installation job their people did on my doors, and promised he’d send someone out “within the week” to fix the issues, which obviously never happened. Five months later, and I literally had to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get ANY response at all.  Now that I have finally heard back from them, they said they will send someone out on December 3 to fix the issues. I’d like to keep this claim open until after that, so I can report to the BBB if they keep that promise or not, and if they actually fix the issues or not. At this point if they don’t keep their word and actually send someone out on December 3, then I am no longer willing to entertain YET ANOTHER rescheduling, and I will ONLY accept a partial refund so I can finally hire someone else to fix ALL of the NUMEROUS errors and problems that we are having with the doors. is big enough to allow bugs to fly in, left space underneath the doors themselves on the inside of the house, and made the outside threshold so big that people trip on it - my 96 year old grandfather and my son's friends have injured themselves on it just trying to walk into my house.
    I've been contacting Jerry, the owner of the company, since July to either give me a partial refund on the installation so I can hire someone else to have these issues fixed, or asking him to send someone out to fix the issues - and he keeps saying that he will, but it's now almost mid-November and he has stopped returning my calls, and has not sent anyone out to fix the issues, but the issues are still there and need to be fixed.
    At this point, I DO NOT want this company anywhere near my house since I don't trust that they can competently fix the issues, and would like $2,000 to be refunded, as that is how much it will cost me to hire someone else to fix the issues with the doors, after receiving quotes.

    I just received this notice today.  We called **** many times in the past
    and left messages. there was no response. We do have all record to
    show those contact. I hope they will call me soon. we are ready to
    service him any time.
