This company sends you a dental product(cement, or bonding agent or something that is moderately costly) in an unmarked envelope with no invoice or anything inside and then months later sends you an invoice that they demand payment and if you dont pay you have to send the item back it is a total scam.Business Response

Regardless the product was tried out or still brand new you have the option to return the dental product. We faxed over to ***** the free shipping label at no cost for return. This complaint is identical to the others you are receiving, specifically the one entitled "Original Complaint." They send you an invoice for a product you never ordered, and then expect payment. I never ordered anything from them, nor did I receive anything to the best of my knowledge. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I will do my best to alert the dental community at large. They in no way should receive any rating by the BBB as their is nothing better about them.Business Response

Thank you for contacting us regarding this. We have our sales representative contact the office if they would like to try our product at no cost to the office. If you are not satisfied we send out a paid postage and pick-up label to the product back regardless the product was tried out or not. We faxed and as well emailed the free shipping label last July *******. Return policy is repeatedly written upon the receive of the product. To purchase is optional . This business sends a product that was never ordered then attempts to collect payment. This has happened before and were told we would be taken off their mailing list. They also send a ***** proof of delivery copy that shows it was signed for. Like most businesses we receive packages every day and the employees sign if it is addressed to us. This apparently is the only way they can move their product.Business Response

This company for the second time has sent our dental office unsolicited dental product then proceeds to later send a bill. When you call their number, no one answers. This is illegal mail fraud and a complete scam.Business Response

We are getting dental products from this company that we fid not order. We have never requested any products from them and have NEVER requested that I open an account with them. We just received $169.98 bill and a product that we NEVER ordered. They have done this same tactic several times in the past. We have requested that they STOP THIS fraudulent practice only to have yet another dental supply order arrive along with a bill.Business Response

To purchase our product is optional and we provide free shipping label written in the return policy upon the receive of the product. This company mailed us "free samples" then sent us an invoice for them. we called to return the "free samples" as we never ordered them and didnt want them. Dentta ** then urged us to just open the samples and try them and wouldnt let us return them even tho we never ordered them and didnt want them. We learned that if they convince you to open their "free samples" then they send you an invoice for them. This is a SCAM and is an unfair practive of business, they need to be stopped.Business Response

We don't send samples. ****** from this dental office requested a free shipping label and immediately we faxed and responded their request of the free shipping label so they can return the product back.. Upon Tracking the return label , it's on its way for delivery back to Dentta ****** warehouse. Once the product is return we will credit the balance . Dentta ******* shipped our dental office unsolicited dental product "TransTemp". We never agreed to receive this product. No one in our office ever gave an OK to send the product. We have called their office many times and left messages requesting a call back and return address label. They don't answer and they don't call back. The product is unopened and ready to send back. This company is a SCAM. I can see from past victims there is a pattern of the same excuses. I do not understand how this company is still allowed to continue these fraudulent business practices and bare the **** of being an Accredited Business by BBB. As you can see from all the other complaints listed here they are ****ed as solved because they simply are returning to sender after making complaints. This here is a Huge waste of time and resources from the practice to even have to entertain calling and explaining the fraudulent activities to the company that created the Fraud and to the BBB for allowing it to continue. The common outcome after filing a complaint like this is the Scam company offering send out a Manila envelope to return . Needless to say i am documenting this notice here and putting DENTTA ******** on notice in event any further fraudulent attempts made to invoice this office .Business Response

Thank you for contacting us, our sales representative called your office for confirmation to try out the product at no costs to you. We have received your calls and called back with confirmation that we sent the pick-up label with paid postage. Your company has already sent back the product and we have zeroed out the balance. In Addition we sent two pick-up labels at our own costs to ensure customer satisfactions. Return policy was enclosed upon the receive of the product and clearly written that it's an option to purchase the product otherwise free shipping label is free for returning the dental product. Before we send a product , approval is made and upon the receive of the product company policy is enclosed. Purchasing our product is optional . No history of purchase product in this dental office. We noted in our system not to offer and products in the future.
