Unfortunately you cannot give 1 star . Placed an order online for patio chairs . Payed the price that included freight . Then I get a message from giantex that they now want an extra ****** for freight . So I cancelled the order and got screwed by the exchange . Giantex refused to credit the difference . Extortion is illegal under the criminal code of ****** . But thats what they tried to do . WHY ARE YOU NOT IN JAIL . Company must be owned by ***** , laws dont apply to us Dont buy here WARNING !!!!!!,!,!,!,,

I ordered two patio loungers and the price was about $30 less than another supplier. It was delivered in reasonable time and the product seems to be okay. The problem I have is with the price being in US dollars which was not at all clear when I ordered them. When I received my M/C statement I was more than a little shocked that I end up paying over $100 More. I certainly would not have bought this product if I had known it to be in US dollars. The boxes where the loungers were in have been discarded so I can't return in the original boxes. I searched on my phone to see the ad for those loungers and they did not appear. If you're able to give me some credit on these items I would be happy to give you a good review as I think the product is fine. I would hope that you could make it more clear regarding the currency as many other sites are very clear weather it's CAN ot US dollars. Thank You for your attention to this matter. ****

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bought a dresser for my daughter’s college apartment and it broke on the first use. The 30 day return policy lapsed before we even had a chance to assemble the thing. Sub-par materials lead to product failure and zero response from customer service when I emailed about the issue…I should have researched the company and product before buying.

Ordered a 240 dollar bed from this company, and when I got it put together it was pretty clear they took pictures at specific angles or photoshopped them to make it look way different. Absolute garbage and if I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered from them (and definitely won’t be going forward). They also have directions for functionless screw inserts that just ended up pushing through the fake wood and I now have an ugly looking drawer that has bumps poking out from these screws. The drawers just kind of float under the bed and the pictures that they advertised make it look like they are tracked in there and sturdy. They’re not. If I could give zero stars to these scammers I would. Save your money

Scammer I never received my order. The item was ordered on 7/12/2022 today is 7/24/2022, I still have not received the item.

I bought a power washer on May 6. and cancelled on May 7. It was within their 24 hour cancellation window. We communicated back and forth until it unsuspectedly arrived today May 17. The company now is ignoring me, hoping I will lay down and except the product I no longer want. I am disputing the charges with PayPal. I suggest you all do the same with whatever payment gateway that you used. Needless to say, as all the rest have indicated here, don't buy from this clowns.

I bought this product Giantex Portable Mini Compact Twin Tub Washing Machine 17.6lbs Washer Spain Spinner Portable Washing Machine, Blue+ White in 2019 This little machine works really well, the motor seems to be powerful and the spin cycle is amazing! It's like spinning your clothes in a Ferrari! I used to have a 2 in 1 system where you washed and spun in the same place and the spin cycle was weak. When I was spinning my clothes in this unit I thought "this is amazing!" I 100% recommend this product.

This is a bad business to order from. This company got an F rating for a reason. I used to think negative comments was just one bad apple in a bunch, the rest is fine. I thought one bad customer, lots of happy customers. How many of those comments are from the company itself? Or people paid sponsors? This company is the WORST to order from. I asked for a refund on a order I never got, I never got the refund. They try to stick you with the item so it's up to you to pay for return shipping, which can be costly, in hopes you'll keep the item. Your better off ordering elsewhere, from a credible company. This is the worst customer service I ever encountered in my life. I used to think negative comments, well, you can't please everyone, but I was wrong. This is a BAD business. The positive reviews have to be paid sponsors to push their products that's the only way I can understand it. It's the worst cheap customer service I ever encountered. This company Giantex also asked me to remove my review from the BBB even before the conflict was resolved, interesting, why is that? Cause it's a bad company. If you decide to order from here, hey, you were warned.....

I ordered $254 product from Giantex. My order was delayed. They offered me money for compensation for my wait. Which I never received. I asked for a refund which. I was denied and BBB did nothing. In order to return the item it's at my shipping cost which isn't a flat rate. Don't buy from this company, or be prepared to be ***** over
