feb 11th 2023 I set up appt . 2 file taxes upon arrival they didn’t receive my emails with w2 forms so I still paid 120 cash this day n asked can we do it ovr phone, I will resend email .He agreed 1day went by I called them ovr the phone 2 check on filing no update just excuses since that Sunday. I went back up to tax place check in person Monday 7pm no update spoke with nice staff she assured me I am in good hands not to worry ,due 2 me telling her I’m a lil worried no1 has called me 2 tell me any updates with my taxes . Feb14th Bennett called with attitude and bare min. Break down of 1100 refund an lots hostility n excuses made for his employee Jesse who lied and said I emailed late when I have dates and time emails was sent I felt it was best to just declined tax filing n offered 2 give some money for prep. He declined an stated didn’t want me as a client I completely agreed with him and he then stated will return All money since I am a struggling single mom (1st insult) but HE will be the only person 2 give refund an when can I come get it I called him back with 2/15/23 7pm time he declined time an stated he wouldn’t wait tht long for m. I suggested what works for him since he won’t wait An he got upset he stated now I will charge you 25 since youre being smart . And give u your litttle money when I have time . He was very unprofessional and very aggressive when talking almost like bullying or degrading me .He also took multiple jabs at my mental state “how I need help” “ i am a sad case “ “your horrible” but did nothing to resolve issue instead of jus returning money as he stated he would. he made situation harder N stressful.My payment back immediately will b solution 2 this problem ,instead he’s unprofessional an purposely making me wait Longer time frame when I paid 4 services upfront tht should be refunded immediately upfront . I do not agree with his business ethics or professionalism people should be aware of unprofessionalism n bullying I received!
