    I reached out to ****, the owner of yellow jacket tuning to install a supercharger on my Chrysler 300. He was willing to do the job and mentioned I needed to put a deposit, in which I paid the full amount. 3000$ for the labor, I provide all the parts. He claimed to have the work done in a week which was false. I found all the bad reviews and decided to not take my car because I couldnt afford to have my car in his shop for 3-4 years.. he refused to refund me, he got paid 3000$ and didnt do any work on my car, hes never seen my car. **** is refusing to refund to the card which resulted going into collections.

    Paid yellow jacket up front in full for a lot of work to be done to my car. After 2 years, none of the work was done and i was given my car back in worse **ndition than i left it. *** got involved and opened a state investigation and that's how i got my car back. I was not given a refund. I was threatened by the owner multiple times (with re**rding of the threats) and have been lied to over and over again. He doesn't perform the work he charges for and is just scamming people for interest free loans. ******************* BAR has open investigation against yellow Jacket as they were not a licensed automotive repair shop when they took m y car in but were posing as if they were. They are nothing short of frauds. After 2 years, i got my car back with dents, faded and cracked paint, leaks, check engine light on, and misc. electrical is***s. I wasn't provided the parts i paid for nor was the services done. He is refusing to ** operate with state representatives, and said i can just *** him to try and get my refund. I can provide all transaction re**rds (there's a lot) as well as screenshots of messages between myself and owner, and BAR can provide investigation reports. There isn't enough room here to go into full detail on situation nor is there enough capability to attach enough supporting documents.

    He gave 4 checks with a refund and all bounced back, made me signed a NDA form with i do have all copys and paperwork from there, demand letter with no answer and videos of **** treating me agaisnt my life .

    I made contact with owner, ************************************, on 10/27/2023 and he stated he could do the work on my car if I paid him cash upfront rather quickly. That same day, I took him the parts I had already bought that he was going to use, and I gave him the cash. The next day, he sent a tow truck to pick up my car from my residence. He stated the car would be done in a few days. The following week, on 10/30/2023, I dropped off the remaining part and asked when I should expect the vehicle. The office manager, *******, stated that it would most likely be done the following week. The following week, i texted asking for an update. There had been no work done on the vehicle yet. They stated it would take an additional week. The week after that, I asked for another update, the owner stated they were moving offices and all work had been halted. I let him know that I could not wait any longer as this is my only vehicle and that I would be picking up the vehicle. He stated that he would be there for me to pick up the vehicle on Friday 11/17/2023. I showed up with my own tow truck to get the vehicle and the owner was nowhere to be found and the shop was closed. I came back to his shop, at his request, several times and had to go back and forth with him to get my keys, parts and check for a refund. He first claimed he lost my parts and key. Then he *************** them when I said he could just add the amount for the parts to the refund. I had to argue with him for over 2 hours in his shop because he was going around in circles with excuses as to where my parts and key were. The Owner is claiming that he will give me a refund for work that was never done. He wrote me two bad checks. First check, he scribbled on the check so it could not be deposited. Then he wrote me a postdated check for a week 11/24/2023 later so I had to wait to deposit the check because there were no funds but that there would be funds for the date he wrote. I took the second check to deposit it, and it bounced. I went to chase, the bank that his business uses, and they told me that there were not enough funds to cover the amount. I contacted the owner to let him know and He then tells me to come to his shop on Monday morning 11/27/2023 and he will get me a new check and then, he texts and tells me to come on Tuesday 11/28/2023 and he will provide me with a cashiers check. I took the day off work to deal with him and Tuesday morning, he tells me to come the next day as he wasnt ready yet. It is just excuse after excuse. He has done this to several people, if you see his business on the better business bureau, he has several complaints of the same issue. I believe that he is stealing money from people and never completing the work promised.

    On 1-31-2023, I went to the shop and paid $6500 in full for my car to be inspected and have a short block put in, to replace the one in my car. It took 3 weeks, from when I payed to when I was able to take the car in and the day they told me to bring the car in nobody was at the shop. I was told they had the engine bought already all they needed was about a week to get it back to me. There has been a mountain of excuses about back order parts,they are working on it they need more parts, im going out of town, talk to the store manger he can explain, all the way up until I picked up my car on 9-6-2023, the car was still not done and had not moved from the street where it was parked. I talked to the owner to tell him I was picking up my vehicle so that I can take it else where to have the work done and I would like to have my money refunded asap. At first he tried to say I couldn't take my car because he was going to work on it, then I was told that he wasn't going to refund me at all. I did pick the car up, but haven't received a refund or a call about the refund.

    I was getting a procharger installed on my vehicle and was told install would take 2 weeks and to pay $7500 for parts on 5/16/23. Said to drop vehicle off 5/31/23. I Drop vehicle off and no manager/owner is there workers new nothing about my car either. I contact manager and he said ************** will be here Monday bring the car back which I could not since I had took the day off work to bring it and already had a ride set up to take me home. Manager said build will still be done around the same time frame. Few days later I decide to add forged internals to the motor and was assured by ******* the manager that parts are in stock and install and completion will be the same time frame as before.he told me if I pay in full for all labor for both engine work and procharger as well as the parts for the engine it will be rushed. Close to the date off completion I ask hows it going they said we started but are now going built motor and are waiting on parts, after I specially asked if it will still be in track with the added work. Owner contacted me and said this is a very complicated build he needs more time to take his time on the build. I asked just give me a complete date he said august 4 and said idk why we doing all this with no fuel system it needs a fuel system so I tell him well if you can do it and be on track for august 4 Ill do it so I pay$2000 for that. August 4 comes and he said its not ready it will be ready august 9 I said ok Ill pick it up Friday the 11 that date comes then he said ohh its not ready still Forsure Ill have it done august 16 so again that date comes and he said again august 18 so I just decide to go to his shop and find his shop closed with no heads up text or call from him and see my car in the same spot as when I dropped it off 2 1/2 months prior with my car vinyl wrap completely covered in rust/dirt from the run off of his roof and not a thing done to my vehicle at all. I have been being lied to the whole time after paying $18000

    We will not be giving any compensation customer picked up vehicle while we were closed and received a full refund thru dispute with his bank. No 15% restocking fee or refund fees were charged to him. We had all the parts ready for his vehicle to be installed customer got impatient.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    They had my vehicle for 2 and a half months saying motor was coming out Friday June 9th and then kept telling me it will be ready august 4th then august 9 then after that date they said the following Wednesday when I called the shop they assured me the car was finished just needed to be tuned and would be ready quote Forsure this Friday the 18Friday august 18 comes which is when I went to the shop to pick my car up that was supposed to be complete and tuned yet get to a closed shop and see that no work has been done, yet was assured it would be complete but just been lied to again and again. This whole time meanwhile my car has been neglected and has been sitting on the side of theyre business in the same exact spot as when I dropped it off 2 and a half months prior receiving all the rain and dirt runoff from theyre roof which stained my vinyl wrap that was on my vehicle. Detailing the vehicle and it wont come out my wrap shop assured me it will have to be removed and replaced. I did dispute the charges and received a refund from my bank yet the time wasted and my wrap being damaged needs compensation. We can settle in court fine with me thanks a lot for the great service.

    12/01/22 I blew my motor and decided to take it to Yellowjacket tunning, spoke to the owner on 01/30/23 and left a $5,000 cash deposit to have a new block ordered. I spoke to him about all the work I wanted done to my car and what needed to be fixed, as well as some upgrades. Over the next few months parts came out to $13,300. As of 04/28/23 I thought the car was already getting worked, was told ************ was being assembled. May comes around I hear nothing, June I call the shop number and get told my car will be done at the end of the month in June. Last week of June it gets delayed a week, so it begins. July 5th I get a text letting me know I need last minute parts, another $1,300, total now at $14,600. I get told by the owner "next week its tuned out of here". From this point until 07/27/23 I was told its delayed another week. 07/26/23 was a Wednesday I was told my car was going to be done. Calls were not going through, DM him on Instagram and he leaves my message on seen. 07/27/23 I pick up my car with no work being done to it and now currently waiting for a refund. I get told by the owner he's charging me for labor on a motor he supposedly worked on after trying to belittle me. As of 08/01/23 still waiting for a cashiers check which I asked for and his manager agreed was more secured .I was told on 08/15/23 that I would get the check this week. It is now 08/18/23 and no update on my refund.

    On 12/3/22 I drop my car off for a Pro Charger,E85 Conversion,Exhast,Tune,Dyno.My car sat for 8 months & was never touched. ******* sold me the package Dec3,2022 & said 4-6 weeks for completion. I call the end of Jan 2023 and spoke to Manager ******* again. He told me another 2/3 wks. ******* told me this each time I called/messaged *************** total) Fast forward to May9, 2023 owner **** contacts me and tells me hes putting a rush on the job. All I have to do is pay my remaining balance. At the time that was $5,000 I pay via Zelle. At this point the total is $10,800 ALL PAID for each time they ask me to pay. I contact **** another 3wks later and he informs me I need a triple fuel system.Another$2,883 paid for via *************** tells me hes going to put me next in line so I can be out of here in 3wks. Well its 3wks later.I call ********* tells me I need another part, a billet 6 rib for the pro charger. Thats another $450 so I authorize it. I ask **** about a corsa exhaust and he tells me he has one. Another $1500 all paid for that day. Its now June 28, 2023. **** informs me to be ready Thursday July 6, 2023 & says to clear my schedule & be @ the ***********. I arrive that day and the car still hasnt been touched. I tell ****, this is not professional at all. **** tells me, You can take your car and I will give you a full refund. He gives me a check for $15,633. BUT the check wasnt written correctly and I had to go back another day& get another 2 checks. Those checks were canceled & I couldnt cash them. **** calls me & decides his driver will bring me a cashiers check July 17, 2023.**** is now on vacation & wont be back till July 19,2023. I call **** &he tells me his driver will be at my house July 21, 2023 @ 3pm. Well its 11pm and still no cashiers check delivered. Ive been trying to get my $15,633 refunded (that **** promised me since July 6, 2023) **** has the gift of gab. I just want my money refunded he promised me & 2 go our separate ways.

    Bought a car part ( Fi interchiller) from **** also named yellow online. Zelle him 2200 for it. After 2 weeks he claim they lost the package. So I ask for a refund. After a week of going back and forth saying he was going to wire the money and never did. Went to California to ask for the refund in person, gave me a check. Cash the check on May 08 2023 it was bounce or fraud. And now he saying he ain’t going to give me my refund

    hello, we gave him a check and unfortunately the check wasn't able to be cashed due to the customer being out of state we offered for him to come and pick up a cashiers check but he wants us to send but due to company polices all refunds are processed thru check he is more then welcome to come to our location and pick up a cashier check in the amount owed.     Hello, this customer failed to inform us he had previous engine work before we worked on his vehicle. we installed all services paid for and unfortunately had a defective part go out on his vehicle we fixed this free of charge. Customer picked up his car june 12th 2022 and once customer got back into his home town had an issue so we offered plenty of times to fix the vehicle but skip denied because we are too far from him. months later he brings us the vehicle and we fix it free of charge once again. Now we get this email saying his car is broken again months later this is a high-performance shop we usually don't offer warranty but we helped him out plenty of times. this transactions is also a year old. customer first came in 04/23/2022.
