    I can tell you it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact a human being at this ECCPP company?? I tried for two straight days, opened support tickets, calls- if you call their *************** it answers and a recording says leave a message? nothing like "hi you have reached ECCPP and we are busy"...nothing, no switchboard no answer, several emails and several attempts at chats on their ************ luck...completely frustrated

    They don't respond at all! I bought a part that I've been trying to return because it was wrong. I have called the number on their website several times. It goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed them and did their so called "live chat" which closes immediately after you send it. I initiated the return and still crickets. It's after the 30 days now, but I initiated this a week after getting the product. I will never buy from them again. Pretty awful customer service.

    I ordered a cat delete online it's been more then a month and still haven't arrived trying to get a hold of them in all types of ways and it's impossible I just want my money back

    I recently made a purchase through this company and I received my order in less than a week. After I placed my order I researched this company something I normally dont do. Usually I do my research first. So of course after reading awful reviews I was extremely worried about my order. But I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. The only downside is that no one responded to my emails regarding questions I had. Now hopefully once the mechanic does the work there are no issues with the parts..

    I should have read others reviews before purchasing. What a joke. The part that was guaranteed to fit did not fit. Their only phone number listed is not legitimate. Upon requesting a return and refund through email I was given counter offers to "try ro sell the part myself" and offered $10. When I said no and asked again to return the part, they said "okay but can you pay for shipping?" I said no (their policy states they will). They asked for more money again--i said no again. Finally they sent me a shipping label, I returned the part, and I never received a refund. They have been ducking my calls and avoiding responding to numerous emails.

    They do not live up to their 10-year warranty. I purchased complete front struts for my car in 2019. Now 8/2023, 4 years and 8 months later, the struts need to be replaced. I reached out to ECCPP Auto Parts via email and they did respond once, but I didn't quite understand what was written. I asked for clarification because it sounded like they wanted me to re-purchase on top of an 8% discount. I did say that I would not repurchase anything that will take weeks to receive when my car is in the shop now. It's manufactured in *****. I asked for a refund and if not, I will make a complaint. Apparently, they didn't care about the complaint because I have not heard from them since. **** couldn't help because time has lapsed. I will never place an order with ECCPP again. Save time and order from someone else.

    If i could give them a 0 star i would I've read a lot of these comments and 1 got thats to have all the wronged people sue them, its not our fault they are a small business. If they followed their own rules and such, they would grow the better you serve people means more money and word of mouth would go up too. Even though my part was $41 they have said they could offer me $7 now how the f$^k is a business still running. They said i could sell it myself but there's not to many people looking for parts for a 2002 ford taurus I've called it goes to voicemail, I've wrote the Gmail and also snail mail.. I don't have alot of money even on their website it says they take returns and such but they say they don't... I am so angry with this company im email them 10 times a day
