      I originally dropped my bike off to a friend named ***** who is now incarcerated.. we never had a contract just a verbal agreement if he would be able to fix my motorcycle or not. So i originally brung the bike to his shop because I didnt have the correct insurance plan so in February the insurance adjuster came and declared the bike a total loss my insurance company did not want the bike or the dealer ship and i was never informed of a storage fee of any sort i was never mailed any paper stating that as well so the whole time the shop is goin back n forth with the insurance company to pay the fee and i spoke with them on 4-25-24 and they said they were waiting on a check from ****** as they have settled on them to pay 30percent and now i get a letter in the mail stating they are about to sale my bike if i dnt pay them $6000 for a storage fee

      My car has been in this shop for over 3 years i brought it in to get painted. They always run me away from the shop when i come to check on the car and tell me it will be ready in a week. Now today i come to find out all the pieces to the car are missing that i purchased from them for the car and he's asking does more time after i just gave them ***** dollars Tuesday the 15th of april 2024 he said it'll be done in 15 days i called to check on the car today and he told me all the pieces were missing windows, window trim, steering column, brakes, electrical harness all parts i purchased were new i bring them 4-5 thousand a time my car has been in the same position for a year nothing done to the car
