1 starAbsolutely horrible experience with this company. We rented a $1k/night beach front home in *********. Pictures looked beautiful on the website, but when we arrived, it was clear the unit had a ton of deferred maintenance (rolling shades in living room fell down when you opened the sliding doors, parents were locked INTO their bedroom by just closing their bedroom door, no screens on bedroom windows on 3rd floor etc). We arrived Friday evening and on Saturday I texted them and informed them we had no hot water in the unit. We were 8 guests staying in the property (including elderly parents/aunt and my young children). They said they would look into the issue during "normal business hours". We were only staying 2 nights so we had NO HOT WATER OUR ENTIRE STAY. I asked for management to call me - not only did I not receive a call from management, but they emailed me and offered me a $100 credit toward a FUTURE STAY. When I emailed back asking for a credit against what I paid they said "no" bc I contacted them on day 2 of our 3 day stay (again I was only staying 2 nights). It should be noted we arrived late Friday so didn't shower until Saturday! To add insult to injury, the hot water was not our only issue. My parents were locked INTO their room Saturday night when they closed their bedroom door. The door k*** was clearly misfunctioning bc they could not open their door. Fortunately, they were able to call us from their cell phone and we came and opened their door from the outside. To say this is a safety issue is an understatement. Again, we made management aware of this immediately. I WOULD NEVER BOOK A RENTAL THROUGH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.Review fromJesse A

1 starWe have stayed at various locations that they have and all of them were in poor condition with some having mold and leaking windows. We canceled our last reservation which is a year out, but they refused to refund our deposit citing the small print in their cancellation policy. Never going back.Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals

*****, prior to all guests confirming their reservations they must agree to our cancellation policy which states credits are issued if cancelling outside 8 days of arrival. Compared to most vacation rental companies our cancellation policy is very generous. We are sad to hear you are reporting false information because you were not granted a refund which is not within the parameters of our cancellation policy. In order to do business in an online environment, it is imperative that guests read the terms and conditions. 2 starsWhen we arrived to check-in at the rental unit we were APPALLED at how DIRTY it was. There was a grayish film of dirt over the flooring, food/coffee was exploded all over the kitchen ceiling and walls, every-single light-switch had smears/dirt on them, furniture and fixtures were caked with dust and felt sticky. I almost stepped on a RUSTED NAIL on the bedroom's floor. They left an EMPTY USED toilet paper roll on the rusted holder, and there were insects crawling or fluttering in every room. The entire underside of the comforter, all of the under-sheets, and the mattress protector were COVERED IN STAINS/BODILY FLUIDS. The entire bed had to be stripped down to nothing! This particular unit has NO AC, but BeachFront guaranteed us before we booked it, that the ceiling fans were ample. The two ceiling fans hardly spun fast enough to circulate any air.The unit has LIMITED OUTLETS (1 in the living area, 1 in the bedroom). A vehicle was parked in our driveway spaces and we notified BeachFront. However, we were awoken bright and early by them THREATENING to TOW OUR CAR if we didn't move it immediately. We frantically ran out to check if our car was there and reminded them that it was OUR ASSIGNED SPOT. We thought it was ridiculous they didn't confirm this before sending us this threat!They set-up a large ladder directly in front of our only door. They had ELECTRICAL WIRE HANGING, TOOLS spread out on our private patio's lounge chairs and table, and BLASTING MUSIC from their radio. There was BANGING AND DRILLING against the outside of our bedroom's walls for HOURS. Due to this, we felt TRAPPED INSIDE and had to shutter windows/curtains, because our dog was EXTREMELY NERVOUS with the commotion/stranger! this particular unit has NO INDOOR TABLE OR CHAIRS, we spent our last dinner eating STANDING UP, and unable to use our PAID-FOR-PRIVATE -PATIO.They so kindly refunded us the $160 cleaning fee, since we cleaned their entire unit with our personal supplies for free!Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals

We take your feedback seriously, and wed like to address each of the concerns you raised:Cleanliness: Most cleanliness issues were resolved during your stay, and we will maintain our high cleaning standards.Ceiling Fans and Air Circulation: Well assess the ceiling fans performance and explore additional cooling options.Limited Outlets and Extension Cord: Well evaluate the electrical setup to provide more convenience.Parking and Maintenance: We texted you asking you, kindly, to move your car. The threat of being towed is false. Because the parking for the multiple units are next to each other, sometimes people get confused as to where they are supposed to park. We apologize that you were asked to move your car to let someone out of their parking space, even though you were in your designated spot. 1 starWhat a disapointing booking and stay. First of, we were excited to find a property that could accomodate our large family, and offered 12 bedrooms and 12 bathroom, so we booked 2 seperate reservations for 2 units seperately, because there was no way to insert 2 different credit cards, and wanted to split the costs between 2 cards, only to find out that it doesn't offer you the same pricing as if you're booking the entire unit together. It charged us an extra $2500 when we booked it as 2 separate reservations! We contacted them immediately to get their assistnace and correct the booking, however they told us the only thing we could do is cancel our reservation and be issued a credit to place the new booking, however the difference could only be returned as a credit for a future stay. Leaving us no other choice, what a scam. Once we get to the property we find it to be extremely run down and not at all as pictured. The cleanliness is subpar, sticky and damp feeling, but it is an oceanfront property. We did see bugs, roaches, but again, chalked it up to being an ocean front. Since we checked in on a Friday, we ran into several issues and none were resolved or attended to. The bottom unit had no hot water for the 1 of the 3 nights, and the air conditioning didn't work in the unit either. They sent a maintence person to fix it, but they failed to fix the A/C and said there was nothing they could do. They made no attempt to resolve the issue and offered us a measly credit again for future booking. This place is a complete scam. They then point to a clause in their rental agreement that states they will only refund a credit of $100 if they are unable to fix something during your stay. This is an expensive rental and should be equipped with A/C and hot water at a bare minimum, I can't belive they would think a $100 refund would be acceptable for putting 3 bedrooms out of commission out of the 12. In response to your concerns about the pricing of the two properties, please note that there was no change in the propertys pricing when booking them together as opposed to booking them separately. However, we do operate with a dynamic pricing model, which is a common practice in the travel industry. Consequently, the price did decrease within the three days it took for you to cancel the individual bookings and rebook them as one.Its disappointing to hear that you were not satisfied with our new beachfront luxury property, which has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from other guests. While we respect your opinion, we respectfully disagree with your comments about the property. 1 starYou have got to be kidding. Our experience was that this place rents at astronomical rates worn down beat up properties. When you have an issue, theiy disregard your concerns. We did not have heat in the unit (57) we rented for $5000 (at $1000 per nigh)t. I requested a refund of just one night and they offered $750. When I rejected that they decreased the offer to $100 as an insult. These people do not care about their customers. The properties I saw are beat up and worn out, and, I would never stay there again. They are making money off of their advertisements, which fail to depict the real condition of their properties. Renter beware!!!!!!!Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals

1 starUnfortunately we were not allowed to do a walk through to see the home before booking, or even after booking a $8300 stay for four nights. if we had briefly been able to walk through the property we would have seen that the pictures completely do not represent or match the home. not right on beach at all. when we checked in we were greeted with throw up or possibly s**** on the bathtub. diarrhea was on the bathroom floor. blood was on the bed. certainly doesnt meet the expectation of a $650 cleaning. even more egregious was trying to get service assistance. the team is BASED IN THE PHILAPPINES and thus dont have good English or service skills, but also dont have the local information (like the gate code) which delayed us 40 minutes checking in. The ** went out, so it was 95 degrees inside the house and they couldnt fix it. we had to pack up 10 bedrooms and move houses, and most egregiously, they wouldnt let us check out later than 10am, unless we paid another $500. and how about a refund for the entire day we spent solving their problems-only will give us a credit to a future stay which i would never do. absolutely disgusting business practice.
