    i made a reservation and verified that they did have the truck they offer in ad available (that was actually the 1st and most important question I asked.) Tried to pay up front- ******* said they would call me back directly if I wanted to pay ahead. Then after I hire my guys (with a 2 hour minimum pay UP FRONT, I'm then informed by ******- from the person with an attitude at my location, that the truck is broken down and not available (it was broken down 6 months ago as well) and then she proceeds to hang up on me. I'll call back and she pick the phone up and hangs it up again. Thank for costing me pay for 2 movers, the time spent to find reserve and then be lied to- really appreciate that non service I got
