I ordered a zippered hoodie from these people and have not received it. I paid $51.17. They provided no tracking and I have reached out to them numerous times by email and their website to which they never respond. Both of these orders were made in ********* of 2022. I emailed their support team not long after each issue, both times they said something like "Your order is a pre-order item, set to be shipped in March (2023)". So I waited, & unfortunately forgot about this until recently. I tried emailing them again recently, providing the same documents I have here. I received an automated email saying they'd get back to me in a few business days.. it's been atleast 2 weeks, still nothing. I tried communicating & being patient with this company to make things right with my orders.. but I seem to be a neglected ***************** by/of their poor customer support system. So here I am. I'd greatly appreciate it if y'all can help me with this in any way. I just want this company to stop neglecting, & make things right with me by delivering the items I paid for 2 years ago... or I'll accept a settlement/refund if needed. I placed an order for sweatshirts on 12/11/2022. I stayed in contact with them for 2 years. They promised my order would be shipped. I recently saw an advertisement and logged into my account and it shows that my order was unfulfilled. I have uploaded a copy of my order as it shows on their website as of 5/3/2025. i placed order# ********** on 4/5/25 with soft serve clothing online at 4:04pm EST. it was for 3 zippered hooded sweatshirts and a pair of jogging pants. my money was taken from my account on 4/6/25 in the amount of $140.00. on 4/11/25, i received an email advising my shipment was on the way. tracking **** package#********************** shows a shipping label was created on 4/12/25 and the package was in pre-shipment. there are no updates. i emailed soft serve on 4/25/25 & 4/30/25 and received an auto reply saying they will reply. as of 5/3/25, i had not received a reply and so i have emailed them again. i want a refund and don't even want their products any more.Initial Complaint

I ordered an item from this company September 2020 and have never received it. I have sent numerous messages requesting a refund. The first few received responses offering additional items for free as compensation but ignored my request. Eventually they stopped responding altogether and are still advertising this item. They took my money. Sent me the crappy product. I sent 4 emails asking for a return and refund and they will not answer at all.
