    8/28/2024 I went in because my car was having an issue with running, and so I had told them the problems I was having they explained to me That they would do an entire check up on the car to see if that was the problem they had called me when I was at work after I had dropped off the car and told me it was my alternator. They told me for the alternator it would be $800 normal alternator is $200. I even offered to bring in my own and they said that it would be more money if I did and then they put the alternator in without asking my consent because they said that they had already started when I said Im not sure so I would have to pay anyway I went to pick up my car around 3:30 that day and they told me that my total was $1075 which didnt make sense for the work that was done because it was just the alternator and when I had asked for an estimate on that, they had given me a lower value and not even a week later my car still broke down. I called and I had told the owner that my car broke down and that the problem was not fixed and then he basically went on this entire rant about how he would do a check up for free, but he was supposed to have done the check up before and then I ran a scanner on my car and a bunch of codes popped up that they didnt even look at.
