    My name is Angie B*******. I entered into a contractual agreement for a Home Remodel/ Addition with Tim B*******/J. Bartholomew (license *******) on June 3, 2024. I signed the contract in my home, *** ***** **** *** ******** ***** ** *****.

    I rescinded my contract with Mr. B*******, effective August 23, 2024. I provided him with a detailed list of my grievances and cited several BPC code violations in the contract. More specifically: (see attached)

    Photos available for the file is too large. Let me know if you need them. They provide visual proof that Tim was not making any progress on the construction site. And that he was not truthful when he claimed to have "scheduled" an inspection for July 15th. Or that he was just a day or two away from being ready (for the same inspection... that never happened) several times in August.

    The excavation was less than 1/2 complete when I rescinded my contract with Tim. And that was after 12-weeks on the job. The contract stipulated the entire addition would be complete in 16-20 weeks. But Tim showed up less than 50-hours over the 12-week period.

    Attached is a detailed overview of the complaint, a copy of the remodel contract, the text and email messages we exchanged, my notice to him that I was cancelling/rescinding the contract and evidence of my payments, which he legally was not even allowed to request or accept.
