    Horrible communicators! HORRIBLE ATTORNEY.. out of the 2 1/2 years on my case of only spoken to my attorney two times. They let their assistance help you that barely speak any English. They messed up on my claim, they never read the document that the judge sign nor did the judge himself read it, causing me to be short $13,000 in my claim. here nor there theyre just horrible communicators theyre definitely not for the people theyre just out to get their money and make it seem like theyre extremely busy. I referred to other people excuse me three other people that had the exact same experience.

    I would not recommend Pacific Workers Compensation to anyone who needs a workers' compensation lawyer. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest. They mishandled my claim so badly that I suffered financial and emotional distress.First of all, I barely had any communication with my attorney, *******************. I only spoke to her three times throughout my claim, and she never returned my calls or emails. She did not explain anything to me about the process, the benefits, or the settlement. She did not answer any of my questions or address any of my concerns.Secondly, her team was rude and unhelpful. They refused to give me the name of my judge, my case number, or their BAR numbers. They did not update me on the status of my claim or send me any documents. They made several mistakes that delayed my payments and medical appointments. Their excuse was that they were confused Their confusion caused me to be dropped from the low income programs that I utilized. Asking them to assist me with my EDD Supplemental was a disaster not only did they take 3 months to answer, they gave me legal advice which caused me to lose my supplemental benefits from EDD.Pacific Workers Compensation is a terrible law firm that does not care about their clients. They only care about their own profits. They are a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM
