    I bought several pairs of pants from them 10 years ago, and the pants were wonderful, so I do want to back up those people saying "Betabrand used to be amazing". What happened?? My last order with them was over a year ago. After several months of back and forth and getting more and more frustrated with the poor communication and lack of delivery, I gave up and canceled the order.I don't know what happened to this company. But it went from selling the best pants I've ever worn...to a total nightmare. And yet they will still happily ******* your email with ads for "new arrivals" and claims of 5-10 day shipping, which everyone here knows is a joke by now. Yet they do nothing to address the issues. Truly such a shame, I really loved those pants and haven't found a good alternative. I can accept a lot from companies, but there isn't a single redeeming factor at this point. They're not even attempting to take the most basic steps to solve their issues. They didn't start as a scam, but they are now. It's the only explanation for how they're still up and running at ALL.

    This is my second problem with this company. I placed an order a month ago. When I contacted them to find out about my order they said one of the items was no longer available. No one sent an e-mail explaining this. So then I contacted them asking for a refund for the item. They only refunded me for the other item. I had to go send messages 4 times before some one explained about the top I ordered had been out of stock. finally just said I want a full refund for both items I purchased a month ago, but never received. I am still not sure if I received the full refund. What a convoluted mess. I am done dealing with Betabrand. Seems like something has changed drastically for the worst, with this company. The phone number I tried to call for customer service was not the correct number. What a mess!

    Horrible company. It surprises me to read that anyone ever thought they were good. My first order was over two years ago and the shipping, customer service sucked then. I have since donated nearly all of them. In my first order everything shrunk. And yes I do know how to properly handle the delicates. I was out a lot. the next order all of those, but one item faded out or lost it's fit, pilled etc. I decided to give it one more go this past April, nearly 2 years from my previous experience. Today I asked for a full refund because my ordered wasn't even processed yet. I was told one item was not longer available. Really, it was when I placed the order. I was not notified of this change. Then I was told I would not be guaranteed a refund. I will see if it happens, If not I will be posting again. I think they are using the funds to cover costs. Robbing ***** to pay **** in a Ponzi scheme. I will dispose of the last of what I have in my closet when I get home. I do not want to even passively support a company with such fraudulent practices.

    Order placed 3/19/24, not shipped. Extremely frustrating "customer service", and a supervisor couldn't even help. I loved my old Betabrands, such a shame it looks like I won't get this order without waiting several more months. Very disappointing Betabrand!

    I placed an order 3 weeks ago. When I emailed for an update, I was advised there was no update. They changed facilities and cannot provide any dates for order fulfillment or tracking. They also advised that I had the option to receive 10% refund "upon shipping" (which cannot be confirmed) or cancel. Anyway, I made it to their social media and see that they have order fulfillment issues going back a year or more. Many many verbal complaints about this same problem, no response to emails, no customer service, no solutions, no goods... but they are STILL TAKING ORDERS. They are having fulfillment issues for the last 6 months... and they are still taking orders and taking PAYMENTS. I will not be ordering from them again. I have been a loyal customer for many years owning up to 10 pairs of their pants. But this just takes the cake. They just say "sorry".

    Same issues like the other reviewers. I love the clothes but my last order was 4 months ago and I keep reaching out asking for an update and they just say that have fulfillment issues and cannot give an ETA. They were my favorite clothes ever but I think its a scam now. Dont order from them. RIP BetaBrand

    I ordered pants a month ago and still haven't received them. When you go to track your order it sends you to an app they want you to get for tracking. I just want to know where the pants are that I ordered and when they're expected to arrive!. I wrote customer service and they said they'd reply in 1-2 days! Will not be ordering from this company again.

    the worst customer service, don't respond to emails or phone calls waiting for my order now since 2 months, don't order from them They should not charge you, not a good business, not reliable

    Theyll take your money but never ship your products. Something happened with this store in the past two years. It used to be great. Now, it is anything but. They say theyll try to ship your order. Or theyll try to get you a refund. Excuse me? Why dont you just try providing service the way youre supposed to? It shouldnt take months to ship a pair of pants, and if it does, IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE YOUR CUSTOMER FOR THEM BEFORE YOU SHIP THE *****
