    I was blackmailed into a refund by an Airbnb host. The host committed many frivolous acts and even threatened me after I requested that I get my money back for a bug infested Airbnb. He refused to give me the proper amount of money back and Airbnb did nothing about it.

    I filed a complaint with fairshake and just as another complaint stated happened to me they took out $ **** from my bank account then the following month $ ***** I do not know what they intend to do next month as will be contacting bank about charges. I have not received any monies in exchange for them to charge me even the *********** I agree this is a scam! Unfortunate as thought were legit and told my mo to file a complaint with them now I have to tell her what I found out.

    Uber Eats thinks its ok for their delivery driver to cause property damage and not Pay for it. It was posted not to open glass storm door and was on special instructions that uber eats provides

    Hello, I contacted FairShake on multiple occasions through their chat online concerning a complaint I made against Apple and have yet to receive a response. Id like for ******************** to simplify the process of my complaint that was made against Apple on June 8, 2023. Id like ******************** to also help me produce an official legal notice to the company and an email confirmation. Lastly, I would like the complaint that was submitted against Apple on May 25, 2023 canceled. Thank you!

    "We are writing to follow-up on the complaint against Apple that you submitted through FairShake on 05/26/2023.

    Unfortunately, we were unable to match your complaint with an attorney interested in pursuing it. This can occur for many reasons, including the availability of attorneys in your state and the type of issue you described."

    ****, a manager at Fairshake wrote to me once regarding never getting a settlement of $600 to me. He never responded to any of my emails again. Fairshake also claims to not charge until AFTER a settlement check is received, with a $1 charge to get our credit card number. Once Fairshake gets the credit card number, they chared another $119 even though I never received a check. That is ************** with False Advertising. I have included screenshots as proof that I signed the same form 4 times, along with screenshots of Fairshakes lies, and false promises. Also included is the email that the manaager **** wrote only once, and subsequently never replied to my emails again. He never wrote his last name, and he did **** include his phone number. It's a scam.

    Dish network failure to fix the ***** network receiver box . The code to the receiver would NOT work and I somehow could Not get Dish to respond!? Then I somehow got roped into FairShake which I thought was connected to the no Response at Dish Network. I do not like the charges when the Dish device would not work for about 2 weeks.FairShake =. Claim DIS-51bf3b2a9b21 I paid FairShake $18 on my credit card. And now I am frightened because they want more$$ and I gave them my credit card #. I am now experiencing abuse from FairShake asking for more $$. All of this is transpiring on the internet! Should I contact Dish and also my credit card company??

    FairShake secured a settlement for the customer and is still waiting for the customer to finalize the agreement. That link can be found in the dashboard or by emailing ***************************** to get that link. In good faith, FairShake has refunded the $18 commission and is not asking for any additional money and has no other charges to the customer. ******************** does not control or have any influence into any additional bills from Dish Network. If the customer wishes to accept the agreement from Dish, they should sign the agreement that was emailed to them.

    I have a 100% disabled veteran. In the *****************, I do not pay taxes and it is on my SamsClub account.. four times this year. **** is trying to get me to scan the same groceries twice I didnt do it. January 30, 2023 I paid for the groceries $401.86. Moments later it was a second transaction for $361.48. I disputed this with my bank, the bank let it go through. I told Bank that was two transactions. They said they understood but they still sided with ****. **** provided them a receipt.. I want my money back and I dont wanna feel like this merch and is trying to rip me off because Im 100% disabled veteran cause thats what it feels like. I filed a complaint against my bank because my bank shouldve cited with the merchant because they provided a receipt. Theres two transactions within minutes of each other and if you got it made sense provide both receipts and the transaction history for both receipts its going to be the same products because its the same products that were scanned twice so Ive got a complaint against my bank and thats separate. They shouldve excepted a receipt for the transaction when its been I talk to you like 10 people and two conflict managers you can see theres two transactions Im gonna show you a picture of the transaction ledger that the bank has access to so the receipt doesnt mean anything the receipt that shows whats on the ledger that the bank has access to I want my money back and I dont wanna feel like Im getting ripped off because Im 100% disabled veteran, both of these businesses need to be retrained. I think **** is doing it on purpose. Theres no reason they should be scanning groceries twice. Im gonna attach a picture its going to show January 30 two transactions one for 40 one 86 and one for three ****. I want my money back plain and simple I was disputing with my bank my bank sided with them so they took the credit back so I want **** to make this, right I went to disputed it if it wasnt legit.

    Im a 100% disabled veteran. I dont pay taxes in the *****************.. on January 30, 2023 I want to the **** Club ****** ********. I made a purchase for $401.86 with tax within minutes. They charged me again for $361.48.. I dont know how they got my bank to take one receipt because thats what Ive filed Better Business Bureau complaint and complaints against my bank because they cited with the merchant theres two transactions thats the problem I paid for the same stuff twice if you go through the history and the receipts from **** its going to be the same stuff I wouldve disputed if it wasnt so they showed my bank one receipt in my bank sided with them no and thats so both places Im disputing for in confidence and unprofessionalism and for them for trying to take advantage of somebody who is a disabled veteran four times they try to scan my groceries twice this time they did it, so it seem like it was on purpose the bank and **** both need training. Im going to provide a picture that shows both transactions.

    They promised me settlement made me pay them never got my settlement and i want my money from settlement and refund from them as they dont deserve payment for nothing. It's been since October.

If the customer believes that ******* has not fulfilled their end of the agreement, they can submit a new claim at fairshake.com about this issue. The customer also can visit their dashboard link (located in earlier emails) to respond to any outstanding questions from the company regarding the claim disbursement.
