We are ********************* Preschool and have been serving the community for over ******************************************************************************* September 2021 a driver lost control of their car and crashed through our perimeter fence and over a retaining wall. Luckily at the moment there were no children in the playing area where the car came to a stop.For obvious reasons, such as kidnappings or drivers losing control of their cars, it is a safety hazard to have such a breach in our fence. We contacted Tepa Ironworks and they gave us a price quote, which we used for our insurance claim.Using this, we received the amount requested of $4775.00, on November 30th, 2021. We called Tepa Iron works and spoke to ****, who offered to come the work site that very same day. When he arrived he looked at the fence took measurements. Afterwards, he took payment in the form of a check, and let me know the process would take 21 business days. Between then and middle of January, we called them at least five times a week to receive any update at all. out of all those calls the phone was picked up twice. The first was by a woman named ****** who said they would call us back because **** had fired all his employees and was backed up in work. Second phone call, **** told me he would call me back and never did. I continued calling until 2.7.22 when I drove to their shop. I waited until a Tepa IronWorks truck arrived. **** was driving his two employees. After giving me the run around and letting me know that this was not a good time because **** was fighting with his girlfriend, I let them know I would wait. **** finally met me, provided me his personal cell number [*************] and promised me another install date, ten business days from then. I made him sign it that time. Ten business days came and went; Nothing. **** called me last on 2.21.22 and let me know he would start that week. It is now March. We cannot have such a safety hazard at our preschool any longer.
