    This is a shady business. They charged my credit card for a monthly subscription/membership of $55 which I did not sigh up for nor did I authorize. I signed up to pay $5.00 to answer a question. My bank noticed the fraudulent activity and called me. They will not refund my money stating that I have a month of membership, even though I expressly said I did not sign up for a membership. Their chatbot will not transfer you to a customer service representative but instead will put you in loop of blank screens. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. IT IS A RIP OFF AND WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR ITEMS THAT YOU DID NOT APPROVE. My bank is replacing my card and will dispute the charge when it appears on my next statement. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR MAKING FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO UNSUSPECTING USERS.

    Scurrilous business practices! Interfered with my search for a phone number for a local company.. acted like/ presented themselves as being a necessary conduit! Asked for a 1.00 payment to get info for me ( first red flag), which they Never provided me, then they charged my account ***** surreptitiously without agreement or discussion! This is a scamming, predatory operation and should be SHUT DOWN forthwith! ??
