            On February 27, 2024, I made a phone call to ask for a status of the refund check that I supposed to receive. Audi ********* Services representative kept telling me that the check was cashed on January 16, 2024, but I went through all the bank transactions, and did not see that there was a deposit of the check. I asked for a copy of the check, the representative told me that he did not have that information, but had some other details. I then asked for the name of the bank that the check was deposited into. He said he did not have that information. I then asked if there was anyone else in the company who have that information that I can get contact to, but he said that is not available. I was given no other way. I plan to pursue legal actions to get my money back.

            They ran my credit 6 times and told my 18 year old daughter she got the car. Made my 18 year old daughter put her$1000 down that she saved from her jobs only to get a call that the deal fell through. Was told to come pick up her money only to be told she wasnt going to get her money and she need to wait. So basically they stole my 18 year olds money and prevented her from being able to go somewhere else to get a car on top of the fact that she had plans to go out of town with said car and said money. Worst dealership ever. Sorry we dont have $100,000 to spend on a car but maybe you should not accept us poor peasants if you dont want to deal with us.
