I took a bet on ICOC: International College of Cosmetology. The staff in the beginning were very helpful and explained things to me that I didnt understand and made me feel safe like I was making the right decision, but little did I know that was an act to basically rob me of $2500 and throw me to the curb. It is truly disgusting how I have been treated during this process and all I wanted was to be official and have all my licenses to live my dream of being a beauty salon owner. They have strung me along and I have not learned 10% of what I should have been taught by now. I still wish to continue my education, but I will not be insulted any longer by this school. I am formally requesting my paid tuition of $2500 back so that I may attempt to gain a productive learning experience at a school that cares about all of their students winning and getting the education and experience they paid for.Business response

I hope this finds you well. We received a letter from you today indicating you were waiting for a reply regarding Kymmia **** (Complaint Number 16035195). We did send a reply on October 26, 2021. Attached is the letter that was sent to your ******* office noted Attention ********************, Dispute Resolution
We also included her enrollment agreement at that time. I can send it again if you need supporting documentation.

Complaint: 16035195
I am rejecting this response because: it is untrue and they are still lacking any accountability for their lack of care to educate after they received financial aid from me. They have done nothing to help or ensure I was in the right track and they even called a meeting to rectify and the director of the site was 45 minutes late to the meeting further showing me how unimportant I am to them. They claim I didnt reach a certain tier of hours for them to receive their financial aid from fascia but on the other hand sent me a **** of over $9000 claiming this is how much I owe based on the hours I should have accumulated. How does that make sense if you never received any funds for me based on lack of hours? They are crooks and need to be stopped. I still want my deposit of $2500 back.
