    On December 11, 2024, I took my Mercedes GLK-350, year 2015, to the repair shop because the car had a "check coolant level" light on. The repair shop determined that the car's water pump was leaking, and they replaced it for $899.37. A few weeks later, the same light, "check coolant level," came on again. I contacted the repair shop immediately, letting them know that they had not fixed the car and that the same problem had arisen. I took the car in, they determined that the coolant level was a bit low, and they added some coolant. I did it a few times; they said I can drive it, but I have to keep an eye on the coolant level. Finally, I took the car back in on February 4, 2025. *****, the shop owner, said that, according to his estimate, it may take 1-2 weeks to work on the car when I inquired how long I have to be without my car. They asked me to call in the evening, when they have more info. I called around 5 pm and talked to *****. He became mad, telling me that instead of calling him, I should not waste his time and let him work on my car. When I had not heard back, I called ***** at the end of the 3rd week to ask what he was doing and what all the repairs would cost. He said that he figured out that headcasket was the problem, and it would cost me $5,000 to have my car fixed. Long story short, after 2 months of waiting, calling, and visiting the car repair shop, I still do not have my car back. When I call him on Monday, he says call Wednesday; when I call Wednesday, he says call Friday. I call on Friday, he asks if I'm available on the weekend to pick up my car. This repeats week after week, and it is seriously affecting my work performance as I'm a property manager and am not able to inspect properties due to not having transportation. I've attached 2 receipts and a photo of my car from my visit last Wednesday, April 2, 2025. There's another car under my car, they are not working on it, the car is just hanging there without front wheels.

    I drove my car in to be repaired to pass smog. A 1983 ***** G-20 van. The mechanic took a $1000 deposit and said he would transport to his 'brothers shop' a few towns over and work on it slowly and wait for older parts. Week after week he was unavailable. Then I started getting parking tickets and toll violations as someone was driving it around. Eventually it was repossessed by a neighboring town after it broke down and was ransacked, then, abandoned. After negotiating with the mechanic to pay for impound release, he towed the car to an unknown location and refuses to fix or return or even respond at this point. I didn't file sooner because I wanted to ensure he got my car out of impound. But it's been many more months since then.
