    I called D & P Towing on the 10-04-23 to set up an appointment to pick-up my Truck and take it to **************** (*********************************************************) on the **************. I told the Tow Dispatcher that my truck needed to use tow dollies; due to my Truck Brakes locking up while driving down the road. The Dispatcher said that they could accommodate my request and scheduled the requested pick-up.The Tow Truck operator arrived on the *****-23 sometime after the **** hrs; The Tow Operator said that the Toll Dollies on his truck won't accommodate the weight of my Truck (Approx. **** lbs). He assured me (several times) that towing it from the rear would be no problem and that I had nothing to worry about..The Tow Truck then took the Vehicle and proceeded to ****************..At Approx **** hrs; I received a Phone call from ***** at **************** and he asked me if I had a fire on the front axle of my Truck and I told him no!!! ***** told me that it looked like a fire extinguisher was used on the front end of my truck. ***** told me that he asked the Tow operator if there was any problems when he arrived at the shop and the Operator said that it got a little hot.. Shortly, after the Operator left the shop, both front end tires exploded due to the excessive heat... I then drove up to Brand Auto and observed a white powder substance (Fire Extinguisher Powder) on the road just prior to the driveway to the shop.I called ********************* at **** hrs (*****-23) and asked to talk with the Tow Companies Manager regarding this incident. The Tow Dispatcher indicated that they would have ******* (Owner) called me back. A total of 5 calls were made between ***** and 11-03-23. I received no return calls.. D & P Towing owner (*******) did contact Brand Auto regarding my truck and he was emailed several photos of my trucks front-end... Currently, I have not received any contact from the Tow Company.Total Damage to truck was approx **** dollars..

    the damage to the front wheels had nothing to do with the tow the customer did not say anything about breaks locking up the tow was because the truck would not start
