  I wish I could give ZERO stars!I bought a pair of Birkenstocks less than 60 days ago. The back ends are completely splitting away from the soles. The kicker.. Ive barely worn them. I contacted Birkenstock expecting them to do right by my purchase (spent over $120 for these) and to my surprise, they are willing to do nothing. I dont want my money back, I want a pair of shoes that arent falling apart. If their brand is that well designed, I cant imagine why they wouldnt want to replace them for me. Im so disappointed in their lack of customer service. I wont be supporting their business any longer. Im just glad I didnt purchase the other 2 styles yet.

  I bought a pair of sandals from Birkenstock and got a pair that was one size too big (their sizing is way off). I returned them and ordered a new pair. Well, still waiting on my refund and the second pair I ordered never arrived. Still waiting to get the replacment pair from birkenstock. Whatever you do, do not buy online, their service is awful.

  Ordered sandals on 12/15 for Christmas. On 12/19 I called to see why my order was still listed as processing. I was told the order was set to ship that day and would definitely arrive before Christmas. On 12/20 my order status was still processing so I called again and was told my order had be cancelled due to low inventory. I was never notified of this. There were plenty 5 days ago. Awful, awful customer service with representatives who dont seem to have any problem lying to customers. I understand out of stock, short staffed, busy time of year. I dont understand letting me hang there, thinking everything will be fine and not telling me the truth. Now I have to wait for them to process my refund.

  The products look good and used to be high quality. Today's workmanship is low grade, resulting in a short life span of the shoes. Repairs are available but at a high cost. The lack of warranty or guarantee speaks volumes. Birkenstock definitely doesn't stand behind their work.

  While Birkenstock sandals are indeed comfortable, the workmanship is shoddy (mine lasted only a few hours of normal wear before falling apart)--and worse, the company offers no warranty whatsoever (which is deplorable, given the price tag). Knowing what I know now, I would rather have purchased three pair of cheaper sandals, which would have lasted a few *******. I absolutely would NOT recommend Birkenstocks to anyone, let alone a friend, and have already warned a number of people.

  Quality is awful! Bought a pair and thr buckle broke after 10 wears. **************** is a joke. Save your money!

  Dont spend money on this sandals I bought a pair for my husband back in April and the sandals already broken . He used it few times so I will never spend that much money in this brand.

  I saved for months to be able to buy a $130 pair of sandals. After a week of wear the leather on both shoes stretched significantly to the point wear they are no longer wearable. I used their sizing guide and even their ******* video to ensure a proper fit of the shoes. I reached out to the company and even sent pictures when requested to see if they would refund me or exchange the shoes for me. They said a basically that people wear footwear differently and that Birkenstock does not have a warranty or guarantee on their products. The most they were willing to do was give me a list of Birkenstock repair websites that I could sent my shoes to be fixed at my own expense of course. I am really disappointed in this company and will never purchase from them again. I don't have a lot of money and saved for a while to be able to afford them and only got about a week of wear. I guess the quality is not as good as people say it is and they are just relying on the name but no longer care about the customer or the product that they sell.

  I have had a long relationship with Birkenstock, as I grew up next door to ********. I know well enough to go to the store to learn proper sizing. Through trial and error, I have found the proper size(s). Oddly, though they claim to have the identical footbed, their sneakers are far smaller than their sandals. I havent had time to replace them yet so I just returned them. I adore my wool shearling slippers. They are comfortable all year around. My Giza sandals are my favorite for work and some play. Please make a hiking boot!

  I agree with all these negative reviews of customer service support from ***********************. The sizing of these sandals is quite inaccurate in my opinion. I always wear a size 8 so according to their sizing chart, I need a 39. The 39 is tremendously large and since i past the 30 day return window i have been getting no help at all to exchange for a smaller size. These were purchased during colder months so I wasn't wearing them until it got warm. I was asked to provide numerous pictures like so many others (no idea why) but still no exchange was permitted. Seems customer service is not a value for this company based on my experience and many others!
