I have a contract with Sonderpods for an Accessory Deweling Unit (***).The payment for the *** is structured in three payments. First payment is to get the legal paperwork completed and to obtain a permit. Second payment is to start building the house (off site). Last payment is to pay for the remaining balance once the house is installed on site. I have made the first two payments in full. Last payment was made on May of 2022. Since that time, nothing has been done. No home has been built. No one has been on my property to do any site prep. Nothing. They did promise me a Nov 11 install date, but last time I checked a few nights ago, I was told that they don't know when or if the build will ever happen. Almost all of the US based employees have left the company. There is no one running the show. Emails, phone calls and text messages are all ignored. I have a feeling this company has fleeced and deceived it's customers and perhaps it's own employees and is not committing to providing the product and or services as agreed upon in their contract. I'm tried of being lied to and deceived and I want to cancel my contract with Sonderpods and get full reimbursement of monies I have paid them (in excess of $110K to date). I believe there are many more customers like me that are in the same situation. This is my life saving. Money I had saved for my future. This company cannot get away with this. They must return all monies collected. Please help me any way you can. I'm in desparate need for help here. In addition, I had to spend close to 20K in demoing a garage that was in the way of the *** build. So, that is another loss of money on top of everything else that I had to endure.PLEASE HELP!!!!
