1 starSTAY AWAY; the situation they put me in was absolutely terrible, they were supposed to get word documents I lost, they didn't get a single word doc and charged me about $2,700!!! And over promised and under delivered, they will make you sign a contract before they actually get the work done, They make you pay before you actually see what they recovered. I would not recommend them, honestly I want to call the bank and chargeback because I feel taken advantage of, not 1 single word doc recovered instead they just uploaded pictures that I did not actually lose. WORK WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, you have been warned.

5 starsData savers were professional at every point in the process. They reassured me that my data would be safe with them, and they were fast, efficient and accurate in retrieving the data. 5 starsDrive Savers did a really good job with my data recovery from a 1TB Western Digital HDD. They provided a prepaid shipping label to there site and then provided an assessment and cost estimate. They determined a mechanical failure of the drive (hence the uninitialized status). Through out the process they were very communicative and kept me informed of of the status and asked many detailed questions about what data was one the drive and what was most important for me to guide their recovery verification. My data recovery need was not urgent so I accepted a 12 business day return window and received a price adjustment. They completed the recovery job in 4 days anyway and were able to make a full recovery of the drive data. At least all the files *** assessed so far are completely restored as saved. Very happy to have all of the data restored!DriveSavers, Inc.

5 starsSuper helpful for recovering my damaged hard drive! Most of what was on there was recovered. Kept me up to date on all the steps & delivered drive earlier than expected. However, it is still very very highly priced. Would use again, but just back up all your stuff to the cloud & other mirrored drives to make sure you dont have an expensive drive failure on your hands!DriveSavers, Inc.
