Purchased program Print Shop 23.1 . from ******/ Broderbund. This was on their recommendation It worked for a while and about a month ago stopped working. The program is less than six months old. I contacted them. and they gave me all kinds of remedies, but none worked. All I want is a working program and a phone call from them.Initial Complaint

On March 11, 2013, I order a Hoyle Games DVD. I paid with my credit card, ending 2479. I was charged $25.82. I was notified that the DVD was on backorder. On 3/22/2023, I was notified that the my order (#**********) was shipped on 3/22/2023 via USPS. On 4/5/2023, I advised Encore that I had not received the Disk. Todd Quinlan replied that the DVD was actually shipped on 3/27/2023 and I should allow 10 to 12 business days ETA. On 4/17/2023, I advised Encore that 15 business days have passed and I still do not have DVD. I asked that the order be cancelled and the $25.82 be returned to my credit card. On 4/18/2023. Kathy responded that the DVD was being shipped. I should continue to be patient. I advised on 4/20/2023, that I want the order cancelled and $25.82 refunded to my credit card. I also advised that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau.Initial Complaint

I purchased Punch! Landscape Design for Mac v20 from Punch Software (Encore/Broderbund is the parent company) on March 11, 2021. The product came with a 30 day money back guarantee. One of the features highlighted on their website was not available in the Mac version of the software. I requested my refund on March 15, 2021. It has now been over two months and I've contacted Punch Software several times regarding my refund. Here are an example of the responses I've received: April 8, 2021: Your refund will be processed within 72 hours. April 16, 2021: Refund has been processed. May 27, 2021: Apologies for getting late, actually we are facing issues in refund processing so refund may take few more days. I would like an immediate credit applied back to the credit card I used for the initial purchase.
