0/5 stars - Consistently hostile and aggressive. Read the Yelp reviews. The technicians of this company harass their clients and create unsafe environments to those around them. I spoke with ****** yesterday to schedule an appointment. He let me know they would be arriving between **** the next day. I left him a message around noon (since I had not received an ETA update, which is typically standard practice for any business) telling him I am down the street and can be onsite in 5 minutes with notice. Only their business number is listed online, so I left a message. Called again about 1:30p asking for an update. Apparently they had already been on-site and decided it was inaccessible, due to moving trucks and mud. Im unsure why trucks in the driveway prevented him from identifying the brand of one fireplace. Im even more baffled that someone would willingly lose a client that easily, without calling or attempting to problem solve. I intended to reschedule, but this guy was so combative it was impossible to communicate. So I hung up. It is not my job to teach him how to provide service, and I dont have time to fight with someone who doesnt want me as a client. He called me back, ****** that I hung up and yelling that i wasted HIS time.******- dont complain that your time was wasted because you weren't prepared, communicative, or reachable. ***** mobile and dont carry a phone? Or save clients information when you go to a job? What a joke. Here is a list of companies who were exponentially more helpful, professional, and qualified than Chim Chimney.
