Built a new house and wanted an air bubble tub. The builder ordered one for me and installed it. As soon as we moved in, I noticed that the air bubbles threw water so high that it wouls hit the walls, furniture and flood the bathroom. I called Woodbridge and they said to put the maximum amount of water in the tub to temper the bubbles. They said that there was not a regulator to turn down the pump. I tried this and called them back. After back and forth with their customer service representative: providing the receipts and a video of the action of the bubbles, they delayed until it was "out of warranty." I was asking for a fix (a smaller pump, or a regulator). The newer model has both of these and they were fully aware of the defect. I am now left with a useless tub costing thousands that I cannot use the way it was intended or it will destroy my bathroom. They have all of my receipts and proof.

To whom it concern,I spent $934.17 to purchase a woodbridge auto toilet on July 26,2023 on the homedepot website. Three months later (early Nov.) I found it was leaking inside the tank. And my water bill increased a lot. Since the toilet is under the manufacturer warranty, I get connected with woodbridge. They just kept sending me emails and guess the reasons of leaking in these sixteen days, and even asked me to fix the problems by myself. So what do they define "manufacturer warranty"? If I can do it follow the instruction I should go to ******** My toilet is still leaking.

I purchased a woodbridge smart toilet from Homedepot.com in August 2023. Homedepot order number WM40966319. Purchase number: 3257-2132. The toilet was installed in early september by my contractor when we discovered the toilet to be defective. It will auto flush continuously even when no one is around. We contacted Woodbridge, which should provide 1-year warranty for the toilet. However, since we got in touch with them, they just keep on delaying solving the issue by asking different questions, providing irrelevant instructions and solutions, and put us in endless queue to review the problem instead of trying to solve the problem for us. We have shoot clear video showing the toilet flushing problematically and provided them all information they need such as order number, model number etc. Our request is straightforward: 1. replace the unit with a fully functional new unit. 2. Cover the cost we need to pay contractors to uninstall it, install the new unit and trash the old one.

My correspondence with Woodbridge began 11/22/2022 when a toilet I purchased from them in April of 2022 was defective (a seat warmer on a bidet toilet). They have been promising to replace the unit entirely of the defective part under the one-year warranty since November. After countless telephone calls and emails they have told me repeatedly the same story that the part is on order and if they don't have it "soon" they will just replace the toilet entirely. I am still waiting almost five months later and still no answer. They also told me the when they do replace the part it will not carry any type of warranty! They have dragged their feet for almost the entire one year warranty period and are now not wanting to warranty the new parts? I would like to either have the part replaced or if they can't get the part replace the entire unit. I just want to have the $1400 toilet i purchased to be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer's warranty and then have the new unit/part carry the same warranty the manufacturer put on a new unit. They have asked for receipts, shipping invoices, pictures and videos to be sent to them all of which I have supplied to them in a timely manor and here I sit five months later still with no news on what Woodbridge is going to do to remedy the situation. Any help the BBB can offer would be appreciated.
