  This company doesnt have the slightest clue as to what theyre doing. Theyre disrespectful, dont communicate effectively or correctly. They have a bunch of excuses as to why the job is delayed and all of them make them sound uneducated. 0/10 if NO stars was an option thats what wed select. Save your time and look ELSEWHERE.

  Just wanted to warn you all to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were a no show, no call TWICE for our repair. Their manager told me today that this was on my owners list to do. And mam, I cant make him go to your home when he doesnt want to. My ONE STAR is meant to represent a NEGATIVE ***** STARS!

  ****** came to my home with no idea what he was doing. He used a broken gage to measure a leak. I know it was broken because he left it at my house. It took the company 5 days to send a report with no information on it to my home warranty company. When I called to talk to the manager she completely lied about everything cussed me out and hung up on me. This company is the worst do not use them.

  *****, the technician, from Inter City Plumbing arrived on time. However, he took one look at the leak on our water heater from the outside of door to water heater. He said he couldn't fix it. Then, told us he would knock on door when he was ready for us to sign paperwork. He never knocked on door and left withput us signing anything. We were going through our insurance and it took him a week to report to our insurance what was wrong. Then, he lied and told our insurance that our water heater was never maintenanced. How would he know that it was maintenanced or not if he never opened it up to look or even ask us if we had maintenenced it. He also told our insurance it would be about $4,000 or more to replace when other plumbers are estimating $1500. They are a scam and lie to try to get as much money as they can from homeowners. Our insurance and us had to call them several times just to get them to respond to them and us. It's been 2 weeks and we still don't have our water heater repaired. I think the technician they sent has never worked on tankless water heaters and messed up on the paperwork, so they lied to try to get more money and get out of things. I would never recommend this plumbing company to anyone.

  I user ********************** to assist with my new kitchen drain because I had used them before under my home warranty in the past. The owner, ***, reconfigured my drain pipes so that I would have better water flow however when they flushed out my pipe, they only went 75 feet. As a result, my water drainage problem was back. After setting an appointment, ***, the owner was a no show. I called twice and they said he would come. The next day, they said they would contact him, still no show. I called a new plumber and he said the line needed to be up to 150 feet and by only doing 75, was not a correct practice. As such, the new plumber took out some grease and sludge and now my sink works. It costs me more money to have this problem fixed because I used All-Intercity Plumbing to start with. BEWARE: they are an incompetent company that doesn't know what they are doing.

  Just sign up with American Home Shield last month my garbage disposal went out they sent All-Intercity plumbing to come and replace and was charged $100 to upgrade l complained to AHS 3 times about what happened and they didnt even care about you. Its true they are scammers who want your money and these contractors and *** work together. Please alert people not sign up with ********************.

  Beware!!! Zero stars. If you get this number from American warranty DO NOT use them. I took time off work made an appointment and gave me a window 8am to 1pm. Patiently waited and called them to see where they were and ******* the dispatcher rudely told me that they were not coming. She was extremely unprofessional and rude despite this being their fault. Wanted to reschedule a plumbing emergency for a week out. They will waste your time and money. Avoid at all costs.

  *****, would not recommend this company. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet, the handle would only turn 1/4 of the way and I had to use two hands to push/pull the faucet so the water would flow into each sink. I still have the same issue. Not fixed!!!! My master bathtub, the hot water faucet was leaking. Technician took it apart and replaced the guts, now the water does not come out of the faucet at all. Was the leak fixed yes to the point no water flows out of the faucet. He shut the main water valve and turned it back on. All other areas have water flowing but the hot water for the tub. First American Home Warranty recommended them, now they want to send the same company back to fix the issues. If they couldn't fix it the first time what makes them think they can fix it the second. What a world we live in.

  BEWARE OF THEM ... TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!! They sent an idiot plumber to my home to replace my defective garbage disposal via American Home Shield (definitely don't recommend them) ...He came to my house and said I needed to "upgrade" my disposal in order for him to replace it, and proceeded to charge me an additional $100.My partner and I then watched him go back to his truck and take out a used garbage (not in package, not wrapped, and obviously looked used), and bring it into our house ... ironically, the machine he replaced was the EXACT same model ... so how is that an upgrade? I later found out after I called American Home Shield, that it was "not their policy" to charge an upgrade fee. SCAMMER!The best part is yet to come ... literally LESS than 24 hours after installing the USED "upgrade," it literally started smoking under our kitchen sink and stopped working.I called the plumber back immediately and was told, "it will be a week before we can get anyone out." I reluctantly agreed to a Friday appointment, and low and behold ... the owner tells me, "we don't have an appointment on file for you, so we can't send anybody out."TAKE HOME MESSAGE:They are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT, and are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.BEWARE!!!!

  This customer is lying . We would never put a used disposal in . Were would we get one. In fact its a badger 5 insickarator it is the better unit and has a 3 year warranty he can call in the serial number in to see its new .if its jammed up its due to him putting something in unit thats foreign object . How is this our fault . He could cash out and get *********** to install one at around $ ****** . Its easy to stretch the truth when no investigation is done . Will go back out to look at unit , I bet its jammed up and if it is he will refuse to pay us for his putting something in disposal

  I felt so disrespected by this company that I am writing a review for the first time ever. This company does not understand the word respect. Very unprofessional from start to finish. I have technician Waylon hanged up the phone on me after a simple inquiry of payment. Desiree also does not understand how to do business with respect. She assumed I will not pay for the services and threatened me that she will take down the water heater. And this is four weeks into the project, just shows that they don’t care what other people’s situation is. She said “I am not playing games.” Very unprofessional. Before this they also cancelled an appointment the day of, saying the technician is sick. With no replacement. Which delayed the whole process another week. Very disappointing. This business treats paying customer as if they are lower class citizen and a nuisance. Will definitely not recommend. Very unprofessional, very unkind and most of all have no respect for others!

  Unfortunately the customer did not understand that we work for his home warranty they supply the water they take time to get it to us . Next people get sick .we do 50 calls a day so he was rescheduled to get job done. In fact this is a rental property. Next he was told he would pay for a 4 percent if using credit card . He refused to pay for this fee after heater was installed . Not before. And said he would cancel his credit card if we charged it . So how would you feel if we left job we have to go to court and he ends up with free water heater till it’s settled . We will not work for him ever again and his warranty company has been advised .
