Very Unfortunate. 9.6.23 Restorerz' ***************************** inspected my home, took photos & placed equipment totaling 4 pieces. Invoiced me for (6) items. I was told they would Throw antimicrobials so that there is no mold growing in the future and put air movement. I was told the flooring would get completely removed explained packout process. Told job would cost 10 grand with insurance and 3-4 thousand dollars if paid out of pocke Whole Job. Instead I was prohibited from speaking with my insurance company in reference to my home and its repairs. Uncomfortable. Contacted ******************** to discuss some of my concerns surrounding the validity of the Job ****** and to have a brief meeting before the work started I was met with resistance. ******** stated that he had a family emergency. Next excuse revolved around some personal COURT issue. These absences delayed the processing of the work to be done which had already been quoted. Ultimately the job was never started and its been (3) weeks. Instead I received an invoice on September 21st in the amount of $4,960.30. Bearing in mind that the only work completed was the dropping off of machines 9.5.23 at 10:03 am by ********************. A total of (4) machines. The most puzzling part for me as the customer occurs when reviewing the video and plainly seeing the incongruency in what I was told and what has actually gone on. ******************** is quoted as saying So say this job is like 10 grand, a safety net for would be like around 3 thousand or 4 thousand dollars. So youre just liable for that 4 thousand dollars you just pay for the WHOLE JOB if insurance wont pay.No pack out was ever done. No flooring has been replaced. No dry wall repair has been done. No painting. Nor sort of general contracting liaison work has been done. I feel exploited and understand that I have been provided an inaccurate and false leading description of the price of service. Furthermore, the project was abandoned by Restorerz without completion.
