    We purchased solar panels from GreenSolar Technologies in March of 2019 in the amount of $41,110. We were financed thru a secondary loan company that was found by them. And have a 25 year warranty. Everything seemed fine until we were notified in approximately March of 2025 that the panels were no longer producing. I believe the inverter went out . And we seem to be having the same issues as many others, no responses to our outreaches to the company. Can't even get anyone on the phone. So now obviously no warranty being honored, we are still responsible for a 300$ a month loan payment and now having to pay anywhere from $400 to $700 a month electric bills also. It's killing us and this company sure seems like a scam now. There has to be something that can be done. I hope we can find help soon!

    One of the solar inverters failed within the first three years of installation. They replaced it with a lesser cost inverter. Offered to have me pay $800 for a better one. Which has also now failed. Website is currently down. All emails and calls go unanswered at this point. Is the company even operating anymore?

    Our current electric company informed us that they have been under charging us since 2017 in regards to our usage. Green ******** told us when we purchased the system, it would practically pay for itself. Since our electric company corrected their errors, our electric bill has more than tripled. We have gone from paying about $78 a month to about $350 a month plus $220 to the finance company. We can't contact Green Sky Technologies because they no longer exist.

    had solar panels installed a few years ago. now having problems with a leaking roof that has just become known. attempted numerous times to contact Green Solar and they only take voicemail but wont return calls.

    We purchased solar panels from Green Solar Technologies in January of 2019. Under the contract that they would be under a full replacement and installation warranty for 25 years. We paid approximately $38,800 for them. Financed through a secondary lending company, *********. We recently noticed on our yearly report from our local *********** that the solar panels quit producing electricity in approximately Sept of 2024. We have reached out via email to Green Solar Technologies with no response. Upon recent research, it seems the issues we are having are the same issues many others have or are having. Inverter goes out, which should be covered by warranty, and then when contact is attempted, there's no response. So no warranty pay out. Consumers have to pay out of pocket to repair and still are responsible to make loan payments for a very long time with or without working solar panels. Any help the BBB can provide us is greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Solar panels are not operational at this time since March 2024. Noticed my electric bill went twice as much, when I contacted electric company just energy they informed me that panels are not operational, I've been leaving messages to green solar technologies for the past months 3 or 4 times a week. No one has responded.

    In 2020 I paid Green Solar Technologies $80,000. For them to installed a Solar array at my home. From the time of installation I have called, left messages no reply. Twice I have had to pay a local contractor to make repairs due to zero response from Green Solar technologies. Now since January of 2024 75% of an array not working due (Im told by a local contractor) to a failed splice between the array and the house. I was given an estimate of over $7,000 to trench in new wire. Its now the end of November 2024 still no contact from Green solar technologies.

    We bought Green Solar Technologies Solar panels and system . It doesn't work anymore and their numbers are disconnected so you have to reach them by email which they don't respond back. This has been going on for two months now. They sold us a crapoy system and I have no way of fixing it.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Green Solar Technologies regarding the purchase and ongoing issues with the solar system I purchased from them in February 2017.From the initial contract signing to the installation process, my experience with Green Solar Technologies has been a nightmare. The company has consistently failed to deliver on their promises, and their lack of communication and responsiveness has been extremely frustrating.Since the purchase of the solar system, I have experienced multiple failures with the inverter, resulting in the system being down since last year. Despite having a lifetime warranty on the system, I have been unable to get any assistance from Green Solar Technologies. Multiple attempts to contact the company through phone calls, emails, and texts have gone unanswered, and several phone numbers associated with the company have been disconnected. As a result, I am left paying for a system that is not producing electricity, incurring additional costs for my electric bill.I believe that Green Solar Technologies has not fulfilled their obligations under the terms of the warranty and have failed to provide the necessary maintenance and repairs for the system. Their lack of communication and unresponsiveness have left me in a difficult situation, and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter.I kindly request that the *************** investigate this complaint and take appropriate action to address the issues with Green Solar Technologies. I also ask for your guidance on how to proceed in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive the support and service I am entitled to as a customer or get a full refund for total amount paid for the system.     We purchased a solar system in 2016, system worked till August 2024 when it stopped working. 25 year warranty but cannot talk to a real person at the company. Can only leave unanswered messages. By refusing to work with us to repair the system they are not meeting their warranty.
