    I purchased an airbrush system from Dinair on 12/22/23. I requested a refund with Dinair at the end of December. I received an RA number from the company & was told to ship my item back at my expense within 14 days. I shipped my return with *** tracking and confirmed the item was delivered to the company on 02/01/24. On 02/01/24 I emailed to confirm my return was received and received a response stating they would look into it. On 02/07/24 I followed up on the status and was told the item was received and it would ***********-8 weeks for my refund to process. On 03/06/24 I emailed to check on my refund status which as approaching 6 weeks, and was told it would take the full 8 weeks. On 04/03/24 I reached out due to no refund being received and no status updates after it being 9 weeks, did not receive a response. On 04/08/24 I emailed again and did not receive a response. i went online and created a ticket with the website page, and even called the office, and spoke to the same lady I'd been speaking with. She said she'd been sick with COVID and would send my information to the accounting **** that day. She emailed and said she would forward to accounting on 04/09 and would update me on 04/10, but did not. I followed up via email on 04/15 and again today, 04/17 and still have not received a response as I approach the 11th week tomorrow. This company's CS support is terrible. I would like my refund to be issued immediately, and at this point the least they could do is not charge me the 25% restocking fee seeing as they've held my money for 3 weeks longer than their refund policy timeline. It's unacceptable the way they're treating people.
