EDU doc support lied about completing services I had hired them for. I paid them $1,199.95 to prepare these documents.and file them with the federal loan servicing company I was with. They agreed to prepare and file documents for my school loan. They were supposed to file the paperwork for a ************** Loan Forgivenesses (PSFL) form as well as apply to the Income Driven Repayment Plan (***) with the department of education pertaining to my school loans. They informed me that they had completed the forms and that I now had a monthly payment to my school loans for $29.99. They started deducting this amount regularly until the pandemic hit. They paused and attempted to start deducting again in March of last year, but stopped after one payment. Recently it came to my attention that I was not enrolled in the **** program. I called my new loan servicing agent to inquire about it, Thai is when I discovered that EDU Doc Support filed fraudulent paperwork to studentaid.gov re my school loans. They falsified information for the *** paperwork and never applied for the ****. I contacted EDU Doc Support to demand all forms and documents re: my school loans were to be sent over to me immediately. They responded with an apology for misunderstanding and stated they would reimburse me for the full amount. I did see the funds were being returned to my account. Once the funds cleared they started deducting the funds from my account again with out my authorization. They have now placed my bank account into a negative balance due to their actions. They are not a legitimate business and are performing fraud on government forms.

I have been scammed by this "student loan company" for almost 3 years. They called me claiming to want to consolidate my student loans and if i payed 300 for 3-4 months then my payments would be lowered to 40$ a month. I am discussed, livid and sad that people still do things like this. I am a single parent and have been tricked out of thousands of dollars.

Doc Support contacted me by phone to set up a payment plan to wash away my student loans. If I paid them 8 payment of $199.88 and $79 dollars a month for 3 years, and then 0 for a total of 10 years my loans would be gone. I have been paying every month since March of 2021. I contacted my loan company who owns my loans and they told me I been scammed, this isn't true. I'm on a income driven plan and I should have been paying nothing. DOC Support is a third party company who has nothing to do with my loans. The money I been paying them, didn't go to my loans at all. I have paid them a total of *******.. I want a full refund. They scammed me, told me the money I paid was towards loans. I canceled my credit card were I paid them, now they are treating to garnish my wages if I don't pay in 72 hours and my loans will go to collections.
